Blueprint: The AU Lore in a Nutshell

So I just finished watching the LP of Innocent Sin at six in the morning and I was thinking of some AU where Tatsuya meets his own self from another dimension—like how Alfonse meets Líf (who is Alfonse from another dimension).

This other Tatsuya is from another dimension where he and his friends live in Xibalba with their world below destroyed and Maya dead. Instead of resetting time and therefore saving Maya and the world, he and his friends are given another option: go to an alternate timeline and eliminate everyone there to resurrect the world and Maya. They choose the second option, but after much arguing, Tatsuya decides to go alone for their sake. Because he’s going to an alternate timeline, he has to create an alias for himself—Kaido Izumi. (That’s the name the LPlayer used instead of his default name.) He also has to look differently, and hence the “mask” partially covering his face.

The mask I’ll be using for Kaido will be the same one as Líf’s as a short reference to Líf and his backstory. (See video.)
