Alright! So I'm back from being out of town and ready to get back into the swing of things! Tablet is still out, but Fusion prizes are back on board, and will be posting them as soon as they are finished!
It feels great to be back, but scanning through the latest feed, I saw some things that I need to address. Keep in mind, this is a very relaxed Amino, and the leaders are pretty lax about many things. But I can see their patience is being tried and things are getting a little out of hand, so I figured it'd be good to touch up on a few things.
So! Let's start, shall we?
Uncredited Art/Art Theft
Cola has already touched on this subject, but I would like to add on.
First and foremost, art theft will not be tolerated. There will also be a tougher crackdown on uncredited art. That goes for creating character profiles as well.
The leaders are starting to reach their limit with this, guys. The other Amino is /really/ starting to get strict with this because it's gotten so bad, and I don't want to see that happen here as well, but you're starting to push the leaders' limits. /Please/ credit the art you use, link to the original artist. Especially if you're doing a bulk post and ing a /bunch/ of art. It may not seem like it, but it's disrespectful to the artist, and sometimes people would like to see what else that creator has to offer, y'know?
If you can't find the artist, let us know! Put in your post that you're looking for the original creator- people are always willing to help! But please- to credit. I do scroll frequently through the feed and check, and a blatant disregard for the rule will result in the post being taken down, and not always by me.
Here are some helpful sites that you can use if you want to find the original creator of a picture! I would suggest running it through a few of these just to make sure, but they all work wonderfully and should help!
Art theft will not be tolerated in the slightest. If you are caught stealing art, and you do not credit and apologize, a leader will be ed and the post will be taken down. I don't even need to go into how uncool that is, guys, c'mon.
NSFW
I will only say this once and brief over this quickly. NSFW of any kind will not be tolerated and will be taken down immediately with a strike added to your name. If it's bad enough, you may get banned if a leader deems it fit. There are children here, it's not suitable, stop.
Unrelated Content
This, unfortunately, has been showing up more and more. Now, this Amino is pretty lax when it comes to OCs and the likes, but keep in mind this is a community for a certain subject and that alone. If you're posting an OC, let's try to keep it an Eddsworld related OC, or have it relate to Eddsworld in general.
This goes for posts in general- it is a-okay for you to post updated if you need to, such as if you're going away for awhile or if maybe your current means of drawing/writing/ect are out of commission and your posts will be slow, or anything along those lines! But random posts, posts about other fandoms, or posts that have nothing to do with the community in general is a no-no.
Bullying
Now, I haven't seen bullying on here in awhile, but I just wanted to brush up on this~! Bullying and harassment are another thing that will not be tolerated here. We want this to be a friendly and fun place to come to! Which it has been, and it should continue to be so!
If you happen to spot an instance or have someone bullying you, be sure to inform a leader or curator that's online, and we will work to help sort it out. The leaders will need to refresh on the punishments of bullying, but if I correctly, you can range anywhere from earning a strike to a ban depending on how bad it is. Which hopefully, it won't escalate to anything like that.
