Hey guys! I’ve just read all your statements and I wish all you guys the best of luck, and send my heartfelt wishes to you all.
I was actually wondering if you would like to rethink the monitoring on this amino as all you staff are roughly in the same time zone! Maybe recruit some staff that are in different time zones so that they can keep an eye on the community while you’re all asleep or busy! It would be more convenient and help make everything more manageable for you all.
I’ve actually come up with a strategy to help the amino and it’s diverse community if you would like to see? I would like to do anything in order to help reduce the stress on you all, as I know how hard it can be!
A welcome committee or something. I don't know.

As many times we have tried with a Welcoming Team, it always tends to die— but we will try our best
Can you keep feature posts up longer? That's my favorite thing to look at when I go to animo, but everytime I come this one they are usually not there

I’ve kinda been seeing a lot of group chats for rp’s but, it’s hard to find 1 on 1 RP’s without disrupting them, so maybe a 1x1 chat or pinned page for those looking for 1x1 RP’s?
We do have a chat, although a page directory shall be considered in the future!
