As many of you know, the Attack On Titan manga has sadly, finally, come to an end. It’s been a very long and emotional 11 years with the manga, but it has been worth every second of it! To celebrate the end of the manga, Cosplay Legion are here to bring your favourite characters to life, along with what we enjoyed the most of the series. Let us know down below what you enjoyed most with Attack On Titan, and let’s all Shinzou one last Sasageyo together!

Attack On Titan has been a big part of what got me into anime, I got into it in 2015, and since then have not stopped loving everything about it. My most enjoyable part of the whole of the Attack On Titan series is that everything that happened was unpredictable. Yes, you could make theories, and sometimes those theories could end up to be true, but every chapter there was something that you didn’t expect. Isayama always knew how to make the best plot twists, how to surprise us with any thing, from small to large. There were so many emotions at all times throughout the manga, and it made me feel happiness, sadness, grief, and much, much more. It has also been what got me into cosplaying, and helped me to make so many new friends that I am so thankful for. Attack On Titan has been a big thing in my life for the last 6 years, and I will forever miss waiting for the monthly chapters, the nerves I felt during the countdown for new chapter releases.

It's difficult to find the words to express exactly what Attack on Titan means to me. I've been a bit of a geek for over ten years now and in that time I've hopped from fandom to fandom, but AOT is by far the fandom that has meant the most to me in that time. I discovered the anime in March 2015 and I was hooked - an exciting world, cool characters...I gobbled up the show immediately and, once I'd caught up with season 1, I read the manga, eager for more. Little did I know how much AOT would go on to mean to me - I've fallen in love with cosplay here. I started to roleplay and fell back in love with reading and writing for fun. Most importantly, I made friends here, people I believe will stick with me for years to come. And now, with the final chapter being released, I can only think of AOT's most treasured themes. The importance of moving forward, taking with you the people you met, the memories you made, and ing the little moments that brought you joy. I have so many of those little moments that I know I will treasure for years to come, and, as they did with each other, I will carry the Survey Corps forward with me, keep them in my memory, and always that life is beautiful.

Attack on Titan’s development of the characters and storyline was just incredible to me. The way relationships played out and everything linked together is spectacular. I think it was great how everything makes sense from the beginning when you look back at it.

My favorite part of Attack on Titan would definitely be Erwin Smith because come on have you seen him he’s stunning, but other then him it would be all the fight scenes. They were both animated and drawn fantastically and all held such emotional moments.

I think my favourite thing about Attack On Titan is the characters. I can say with confidence that I haven’t watched another series where I’ve been so attached to the characters even for years after they die. They are definitely one of the contributing factors to why Attack on Titan is my favourite show. Being a fan for almost 8 years I’m happy to see the story and it’s characters get a conclusion.

To see Attack on Titan finally come to its end is so bittersweet to me because I from time to time how this was the first fandom that I got heavily involved in and it's stuck with me ever since I ed when I was 14. I'm nearly 22 now and it's crazy to think how I literally grew up alongside some of these characters and got to watch them all grow. I being super excited in early high school to go to Books-A-Million to buy the latest manga edition and reading the entire thing on the drive back home because I simply couldn't wait to pour over the pages and become immersed in the world. Sometimes during my years in marching band, I'd even sneakily do the salute during the national anthem because of how I'd have to hold my instrument and I always thought I was super sneaky about it too. Years later, this fandom has brought me so many memories and friends that are worth keeping and I'm really glad that I got the chance to just be part of this long journey. It's such a bittersweet end, but I know that it'll forever be in my heart if I keep it there.

Wow okay I'm not sure where to start but honestly I just love everything about the series, it had great characters and an amazing storyline, filled with so many emotions from excitement to sadness. Exactly what you'd expect in an anime such as aot I dont think any other anime can ever make me feel that many emotions. The fact that there is exactly no actual enemy is amazing and we got to see the perspective from both paradis and marley to understand both. I also really love the strength given to female characters and how they played an important or main role!

Hanji

Ever since I was young, Attack on Titan always captivated me. The characters felt like real people who I genuinely knew. No other anime or even media had done that before. Even after the end, it still feels like they’re out there somewhere... and someone like Hajime Isayama is an example of writing dimensional, flawed, and most importantly fun characters. I chose our beloved Hanji Zoe because they mean the world to me, along with the series itself.

Historia

Aside from the great animation, soundtrack, voice acting, and well-written plot, what I enjoyed most about the series were the characters, especially their individual development. It was interesting how each character handled things, and what stuck with me was the determination each of them had, despite their differences.

On top of that, I appreciate how the female characters were written - in this anime, they are taken seriously and not just used for fanservice; because of it, the phrase "fight like a girl" became even more empowering.

Attack on Titan was unlike anything I've seen before, and it truly left its mark on me. I'm thankful to Isayama for creating such a wonderful series, and for the studios who made it possible.

This series start me in my life that today I grow up with the Cosplay in this world, From the beginning it is a joy that I will continue until the end!!
