Nostalgia :ok_hand: BNHA x Yu Yu Hakusho x Demon Slayer x Yugioh x Code Geass Edits

:green_heart: So this was hard, I honestly had too many

           intimidating ideas for this prompt… I’ve been

           feeling a lot of nostalgia as of late as I’m

           actually going to college soon so *finger guns*

           I’m suddenly like wow the world is changing

           you know :v: :fire:

I went with the easiest option, which was :green_heart:

          defining my nostalgia with the media I’ve

          consumed for me x MHA, My Hero

          Academia in and of itself being a show I’m

          nostalgic for, as I’ve watched it from the

          beginning and am so glad it’s continuing to

          be awesome. Anyway, let’s go!

     I included the main character of Yu Yu Hakusho,

           Yusuke, on the bottom right.

           So Yu Yu Hakusho was and is(?) my favourite

           anime of all time, I binged it during a bad time

           of my life and it totally motivated me to get up

           each day. I’ve rewatched parts of it- it’s hard

           because it’s 112 episodes long in total- and my

           tastes have changed a bit since then, but I’m

           so glad I watched it when I did, it’s really just a

           funny, great, epic show and I’d recommend it

           to anyone who think it sounds like a good time!

           I watched the dub also so I recommend the

           dub lol, lot of MHA eng voice actors in there,

           the English va of Kirishima, Justin Cook, voices

           Yusuke, so if you want to hear Justin Cook as a

           sarcastic badass delinquent with a heart of

           gold for 112 episodes there ya go. Also I

           included Tanjiro because green, I watched

           Demon Slayer too recently for it to be v

           nostalgic, honestly I love that green

           protagonists are a thing outside of Yu Yu

           Hakusho and Hunter x Hunter (which have the

           same author) now, it’s kind of an underdog

           hero colour imo. Also I just like green, lol. I love

           all three of these protags, they’re never gonna

           collab fr but I can dream lmao

     Honestly I just wanted to do a pink :heartpulse: aesthetic,

          it’s my favourite colour and always has been,

           so I basically just picked characters based on

          that. I’m glad to include Ochako, the other two

          are Princess Euphemia from Code Geass

           (bottom left) and Téa Gardner/Anzu from the

           original Yugioh (bottom right), neither

           characters that I feel particularly attached to,

           but hey they’re pink and the shows

           themselves are very nostalgic for me. Yugioh,

           despite how dumb and ridiculous and then

           legitimately good it can be, is a show very

           close to my heart due to sharing a love of it

           with my sibling and watching it on morning

           cartoons- and also the abridged series, which

           is still amazing, and where Téa is the most

           interesting lmao. Code Geass is similarly

           nostalgic, except it’s a show not really to my

           taste- too serious and hard for me to follow

           except for the comedy and fun filler haha- but

           Princess Euphemia is compelling and so

           pretty. But hey the character designs for all

           these girls are on pointe, they deserve an edit.
