The Rule
The improper care guideline allows the staff to take action against potentially dangerous care. However, it only applies if the in question has been informed of how serious the istered care is an chooses to ignore advice. who know their care is not ideal and have a plan to fix it are exempt from this rule. Additionally, there may be some situations in which a member may have to break a care standard or are in no position to fix it. Each case of improper care will be carefully reviewed by the staff team and we will decide whether or not to take action.

I got a question
what if a person has a lone rat but can't get another and can't rehome?
The post says that those who cannot change something due to unfortunate circumstances are exempt from the rule.

Yup! Just like Peachy said, we won't punish who are unable to change circumstances, however we will always continue to encourage proper care and help them figure out other options
