(Spirit weapon is the basic weapon a Quincy/Sternritter utilizes. Usually it's a bow and an arrow but other types of weapons are also allowed as long as they're made of reishi. Spirit weapons are different than a zanpakuto as they don't possess a soul of their own and cannot perform unique attacks. They can however be carriers to a Sternritter's schrift.

(Schrift is an ability that is bestowed upon a Quincy by Yhwach when they the Sternritters. Its usually reminiscent of a Sternritter's attitude and beliefs and works into their fighting styles.
