Regarding the scrapped edit, this is a bit different from that in which only Akechi and Sumi are used here, compared to Sumi, Elaine, and Chiaki. (The other two are from a couple of different shows.) The concept is still the same, but instead of the shattered moon, it’s part of the lyrics to this song.

I was trying to find a Sumi image where she was frightened, but this works as well. (Plus, it’s not like Akechi has something to smile about in the original image.)
