my sweet, sweet, soft girlfriend :(((. i'm not really proud of this edit, but we're gonna power through ukno? so pom klementieff plays mantis, who was introduced in the second guardians of the galaxy movie as ego's 'pet' as drax puts it. not only does pom portray mantis brilliantly, since she has a certain quirkiness that plays into the character, she's also a beautiful actress that has acted in multiple languages in multiple countries.

pom klementieff is a half korean french actress that started her career as the step-daughter of the protagonist in après lui (after you), but her first lead role was in loup (wolf) in 2009. in 2015, pom made her official holywood debut in a remake of a korean movie called oldboy. she continued doing auditions in hollywood, and ended up getting cast as mantis in 2017. she reprised that role for both avengers: infinity war and avengers: endgame.

where do i even start with her fhskdksk.

the first time i actually watched pom in theaters was the gaurdians movie she was in. i watched it when it first came out, and sadly i wasn't really into marvel at that time, but i mantis kept drawing my attention because of how good the actress was. her accent and her appearance, although altered a little for the movie, really fit the whole vibe of mantis and i really couldn't have asked for a better casting???

after my initial interest in mantis' character, and subsequently actress, i did more research and was pleasantly surprised that the person who portrayed her was beautiful and had an adorable personality that made my heart want to burst. i loved her, and still love her, so much that i actually watched a lot of her interviews in french. i can actually speak a little bit of french, but i understand more if it's spoken or written down for me. pom is just so underrated both as an actress and as her character :(((. love mantis and pom more !!

oml when i saw her in the marvel movie press junkets i was hit with the feelings of a foggy memory because i SWORE i saw her before. it turns out my past fourth grader self was clawing at my brain because she played amy pond, the companion to the eleventh doctor in the doctor who series. karen plays nebula, the daughter of thanos and sister of gamora, who goes from villain to hero within the span of a few movies.

karen gillan is a scottish actress and filmmaker/director who attended the italia conti academy of theatre arts drama school. she was scouted as a model during this time, but she would not give up her dream of acting as she was modeling. her breakout role, as prior mentioned, was amy pond in the doctor who series in 2010, but she had been acting since 2006. she was cast as nebula in 2013, and reprised the role in guardians of the galaxy volume two, avengers: infinity war and avengers: endgame

i think karen was a good choice for nebula because she really sold the character for me. plus, her dedication to nebula, such as shaving her head and spending hours in makeup for her prosthetics, is astounding,, i have the utmost respect for her. i also love how much she really made me feel something, maybe pity, for nebula, despite me hating her in the first guardians movie. as she said, karen really is sort of nebula's lawyer in a way and i think people really should love nebula more !!

karen's personality is so so so adorable in all her solo interviews. she rambles and talks a lot, but in the CUTEST way and whenever she tells her stories she retells it with so much enthusiasm. her appearance on jimmy kimmel and her story about the tumbleweed made me laugh so much + she was so prettY. during her press tour for avengers: endgame, i really loved the dynamic between her, mark and chris evans because i could not stop laughing during their interviews.

sO if you don't know, jude law played yon-rogg in captain marvel. yon-rogg is the head of the kree starforce and he's the main antagonist in the movie, but the antagonist can kinda just be the whole kree race. he's probably known more as the villain with the weird eyes who carol shoots at tho dksksls. if i'm being honest here, i don't really much of the captain marvel movie in general (i still liked it though??? don't get me wrong), but i love love love jude law.

david jude hayworth law is an english actor who had his break out role as dickie greenleaf in the talented mr ripley in 1999, which is an AMAZING movie and book by the way, and he ended up actually winning a bafta for his portrayal !! some of his other notable roles are john watson in the sherlock movies, dumbledore in fantastic beasts: the crimes of grindlewald and thomas wolfe in genius. i'm not sure when he was cast for yon-rogg, but captain marvel filming started in early 2018, so i assume either late 2017 or before that.

this is just gonna be me raving about how much i love love love love l o v e jude law but like,,, that's okay. i first watched him in sherlock holmes: a game of shadows and i thought he was a really flipping good actor. since my intial interest was piqued i decided to click on his actor tag on netflix and that's when i stumbled by genius. genius is an AMAZING movie; it tells the story of author thomas wolfe and his path to stardom, and his untimely death. jude law was absolutely brilliant in this movie, even donning a southern drawl for this character. he's such an amazing actor i can't-

now if i have to be honest here, i don't much about yon-rogg other than he was a dick that tried to kill carol. i don't a lot of yon-rogg content in the movie, because it was mostly carol and fury, but he's a really good actor so i don't doubt he owned his part. he's played a variety of roles and has been an absolute KING in all of them, so i'm confident he did great at being a villain. during the press junkets, he was so relatable 90% of the time and i just loVE his humor because it's actually so stupid and just consists of facial expressions djskdjsk.

if you don't know, paul rudd plays scott lang who is ant-man in the mcu. his character is painfully underrated, despite being the reason the avengers even had the equipment or the IDEA of time travel to bring the dusted back. he played such a large role in endgame and i will never stop fighting until people appreciate his worth. scott lang is an ex-convict who breaks into hank pym's house and steals the ant-man suit in ー what he find out later is ー a test to see who could succeed the scientist for the ant-man mantle.

paul rudd is an american actor and film prodicer, among many other things; he was actually a writer for both the ant-man films along with acting as the main character. after attending the university of kansas and the american academy of dramatic arts, he debuted in 1992, but jumped to fame in 1995 with his role as josh in clueless. other notable movies/shows he was in are friends, 40 year old virgin, and anchorman 2: the legend continues. in 2013, paul rudd was cast as scott lang in ant-man and reprised that role for captain america: civil war, ant-man and the wasp, and avengers: endgame.

i watched ant-man and the wasp when it was playing in theatres, and the cgi/special effects blew me away. scott quickly became a favourite of mine as time went on because i loved his comedic timing, even though sometimes it wasn't MEANT to be a joke, and jdkskak i love him so so much. one thing about scott lang that caught my attention a lot and thought was different compared to the other heroes was his backstory. i only really know him from the marvel cinematic universe, but he never went through any torture, or a sad and painful backstory. his drive to be a hero stems from his love for his daughter, and wanting to be someone his daughter can look up to.

i'm really happy that scott had more screentime in endgame and he was finally so so so adorable in all his scenes; especially the taco scene. his appearance in civil war was a very welcomed one because it sort of brought him into the connected marvel cinematic universe, although sam wilson did appear in the first ant-man movie. scott lang deserves so much recognition for his course of action in endgame. he brought them the pym particles, introduced the idea of the time heist, and was THE mvp besides tony, of course. love scott lang or ur stinky.
