There is no such thing as “perfect.”

Everyone and everything has the ability to improve.

About a year ago, an AJA Survey was made and plenty of things were changed once all responses were collected.

This may not be as big as the survey from back then--and I never intended it to be like the first survey in the first place--but I wanted to give another chance to share their thoughts once more.

Originally, this survey was supposed to be one asking for constructive criticism on the topic of my own moderation. I feel as if there are some things I can do to improve, but I want to ask themselves on what exactly I can do.

Seeing that I had the opportunity, I also added in a few questions concerning the overall community and guidelines.

All responses will be collected anonymously, so please feel free to share your truthful thought: make sure to give constructive criticism and not deconstructive, though!

I’ll be looking at these responses as they come in, and I will also be informing the staff on the community-based questions.

EDITED REMINDER: If you have criticism, to state your opinion and what could be changed in order to improve! Lots of responses have just been blunt with no tips on improvement, and at that point these types of responses aren’t helpful at all.
