Hi guys! Before you start reading this, if you haven't read the first part,

Basically, we procrastinate because we don't want to start doing the task. So sit on your study space, or bring those textbooks to your bed, anything. Then start. When you're 5-10 minutes in, you will start to enjoy doing them and could probably go on and on for hours.

girl, i know. i suggest dont go on your phone, lay on your bed, or watch movies in your break. usually, on my break, all i do is make snacks, tidy up my study space, bathroom break, you know, uninteresting stuff. so in the next 5 or 10 minutes you'd still have the same mindset as before - that you want to study.

oh, and maybe you could check out my post about how to focus, hehe. hope this helps

Any tips on how to reward progress? I'll be like, I'll have dinner when I finish this assignment, but then I just have dinner without finishing it. I don't know how the reward process works in this regard..?

well, then maybe it just gotta be some self discipline. it's going to be really hard, but you'll get there eventually.try to reward yourself something that is not a daily routine. maybe reward yourself with another cup of tea, candy, chocolate, hanging out with friends, going outside, or just something that you rarely do so you are more likely to go for it.

(if you still want to do dinner as a reward, you could like maybe if you dont finish task you get a sandwich, but if you finish it you'll get a steak! maybe your parents will help you with that)
