Hello, First of all I would like to appreciate you guys for running this wonderful community and giving us a place to feel like home.

1. Banning id’s without any proper explanation

now a days people play really dirty games to ban someone’s id. So I would like to request before banning a id of 15 or more lvl kindly ask them to explain themselves. If they can’t give a proper explanation then please do what has to be done. ( they have invested a lot of their time , care, feeling and energy here. And of course their id reached to lvl 17/18 cuz they have been always respectful for years.)

2. Insufficient at the leadership team.

Now a days many inappropriate things are happening around us due to some personal grudges ig.Even if we Report those things it takes a long time to response . So I would really appreciate if you guys increase the number of or try to be active as a team. Only a 5 minute trolling/ abusing can give a huge scar to our mental health. And ive seen sometimes abusing / trolling n all happening for hours and there is no response from the leadership team.

3. I deeply feel we need a hindi spoken leader in your team.

as Phoenix is not at the team anymore. Reasons … not all of us can express ourselves in English , translating complaints, maintaining 40% of active people of this community and so on..

4. No response or late response from moderate team for ban appeal’s.

Kindly increase the who handles this part. Cuz people have been struggling with this problem.

Well I have been in this community for more then 3 years and I have loved this community because it was secure but now I don't feel like it due to many reasons

1) people are coming here with fake IDs making GC and playing some real vulgar content and secondly if I message any curator they will reply too late please at least try to be active in the community.

2) Indians love drama they play many games to ban other people I'ds so it would be very appreciated if leaders try to investigate and the leader must know the language. And they must tell the person who is getting banned why his/her I'd got banned?

There are lots of issues in this community.. So

1. I know this community is too large but there are security teams to handle these problems.. But still some people came here With fake id's and they created gc.. They started abusing them on the live.. They do these things because of Their personal issues.. But when curators know about that it's too Late.. Because that time they already did what they wanted.. For this it harms the person that was targeted.Specially they abuse with bad words in hindi language . So i want a quick response and more active curators and especially who knows Hindi language..

And

2. The Most important issue is the ban Id .. Banning ids by proper explanation is ok... But Banning that person without Proper explanation is not okay for me... There were people who came with new ids and target people for their personal grudges.. And leaders without considering the person's opinion about the issue just ban the id.. But there is also a Solution and that is a ban appeal.. If someone gets banned that person can talk with the leader about that.. But that solution can't solve that problem because most of the leaders aren't available.. So if someone came with a new id to talk with a leader but they will be banned that id again.. So my question is what is that person supposed to do??????? It's a really frustrating situation.. It's about my friend who also gets banned. He's trying to talk with leaders on the insta and their official page but no one replies to his message .Hes tired of giving a message..   But if he came here to talk about his previous id he will ban again.. So my request is to not ban the person without proper proof.. So if the person is actually wrong before the leader bans an id., everyone should have the chance to explain..

First of I would like to thank you for this post where we can talk about our issues which we are facing. I would like to draw your attention that, this is all my opinion which I given below :point_down:

This is a well growing community and lots of issues here that you should solve.

First :- My friends id got banned a month ago. He appealed on the form like 10 times but still no reply or explanation as to why his id was banned. Then He tried to talk with leaders on insta because of course once a id is banned , that person is not allowed to come with a new id to explain so the only option they are left with is insta but that option is the worst. He tried to talk for weeks but never got any reply. I think you need to look in this issue.

2nd :- With Level 18 id u should give them a strike or warning first then ask them for explanation. After that if you think that that person is really doing wrong then ban them. But when one person did not harm anyone you should think twice please before ban. After ban there is no way to talk with leaders.

3rd :- Here I feel lots of Hindi language people using this cm sometimes they can't convey what the trying to say. Due to language problem.

4th :- I really appreciate leader Rose and phonics because they always help us and reply properly, but not all (this is the thing which I face). Now phonics retired from leadership so here is a big problem for us I feel. So I need a Hindi language specialist leader.

There are multiple issues in this community i guess because as the community is growing so are the issues with it.

1) Most important issue at hand is the ban of ids with levels 17/18 without a proper explanation. There are people who use new ids and target people for there personal grudges and leaders without considering the persons opinion about the issue just ban a id that took so long to reach that level, and its not even about the level people get attatched to the ids they use everyday they have memories associated with it. Recently the staff came up with a solution to this problem which was ban appeal form but the thing is if someone is not getting any reply even after appealing then what are they supposed to do? If they try to come with a new id to talk to leaders they are not available like 90% of the time and even if they are, they dont solve the issue instead they just ban the new id they made to explain. This is actually very frustrating for someone who had a id of level 19 and who didnt even do anything wrong. I think there should be a proper way of knowing if the person is actually wrong before leaders ban a id, everyone deserves a chance to explain or at least they should give an explanation with the ban.

2) The second issue is actually also related to the first one which is the language gap between leaders and . This is like one of the biggest community on amino and almost 40% people are hindi/urdu speaking then why isnt there a urdu/ hindi speaking leader? Whenever there is a issue first of all leaders are not even available and even if they are they just dont understand what we are saying so i guess this issues needs attention.
