1. Adherence to Guidelines
- Follow guidelines at all times - no exceptions. These rules are to to keep OA a friendly and welcoming community!
- If you witness someone breaking a guideline, please flag the violation. We will review your flag as soon as possible.

2. Staff and Moderation
- All official OA staff will have titles denoting their position.
- Do not pretend to be in a position of which you are not, or request a title of a position or an official OA entity unless allowed by a leader.
- Do not ask the leaders for a position. If you would like to be a , please fill out an application.
- Leaders and curators reserve the right to delete or disable content they believe violates community guidelines.
- Leaders reserve the right to use their own judgement to decide what consequences should be enacted for violations.
- Consequences of guideline violations shall proceed as following:
1. Warning - a message will be sent to the
member explaining that they’ve violated
guidelines and are at risk of more serious
punishments.
2. Strike - if violations continue, the member will
be put in read-only mode for 24 hours.
3. Ban - the member will be permanently
removed from OA.

3. Content and Communication
- Keep all content on-topic. Posts subject to being deleted:
- Spam: repeatedly posting or sending the
similar content
- Posts deliberately seeking attention
- Commissions/selling offers
- Any posts unrelated to orchestra or music
- All posts without an original video from the author should have at least 2 sentences offering insight or commentary. While a one-sentence post reminding others to practice is helpful, it should not be put into a post.
- If you have something quick to say, text it in a public chat. Furthermore, if you like to simply repost a video, it to the shared folder.
- Please be kind and respectful at all times. Slander, bullying, or discrimination of any kind is not permitted.
- Keep all content age-appropriate. Sensitive content that is not allowed:
- NSFW content/profanity
- personal information (credit card number,
phone number, etc.)
- Trigger content (related to self-harm, mental
disorders, suicide, etc.)
- Do not without a leader’s permission first.
- If using someone else’s content, obtain permission first and always give credit.

4. Public Chats
- All chats must follow community guidelines, and hosts have authority to set any additional rules.
- Chats that have been inactive for an extended period of time will be disabled.

5. Harassment
- All must follow these guidelines in order to keep safe!
- Suspicious behavior
- showing signs of suspicious
behavior such as asking for/sharing personal
information, causing discomfort, and/or
bullying and harassment will be faced with
consequences depending on the severity of
the behavior.
- Making others uncomfortable may include causing discomfort as well as, not listening to when other party has expressed discomfort, and said party persistently continues actions.
- Asking for and sharing personal information
without consent of the other party.
- This may include asking for age, gender,
pictures, email, addresses, etc.
- sharing this information may end in a
warning, or upwards to a ban.

6. Donations and Contributions
- All donations, activity fees, and title purchase fees go directly to OA for use in challenge prizes, incentives, etc.
- If any s are caught using contributions for personal or inappropriate purposes, they will be immediately revoked of their position.
- Donating Amino coins does not sway OA’s opinions of certain . (i.e. paying more ac’s than required for a challenge does not make you more likely to win).
- No refunds are allowed. Any extra change will be considered a donation. Be careful where you click!
