hi ka and welcome :D

on the 3Oth of march 1999 , the most

precious lil sunshine lee yongsoo was

brought into this world!! today marks a

special day, his 22nd birthday to be

precise, and since i cant do much and i

have wayy too much to say about this

man i decided to write an appreciation

blog kinda thing.       it’s not even a blog,

more just me being a mess and waffling

about how much i love him. but still i

hope it’s interesting enough and that u

can enjoy !!!

⌗O3 — my first encounter ❜

me being the forgetful    SPOON i am, i cant

exactly pinpoint my first encounter of mill even

though it cant have been too long ago, but i do

have a few memories of first getting to know

onlyoneof. i knew of them since their debut but

i didn’t really consider   looking into them until

angel dropped (i could write a whole 4 page

essay on why angel was soty but let’s save that

for another time🧍🏽‍♀)      and i guess knowing how

good their title tracks    were i could tell their

bsides   would be just as catchy and   addictive.

(and they WERE).         i must’ve stanned around

october time last year   when this happened bc i

cant anything before that ^}+%*#+

they were possibly one of the most fun groups

to stan for me, i genuinely found myself enjoying

getting to know the and watching their

content so much it was hard to stop myself and

go to sleep-

the member that stood out to me the most was

mill ofc, since his adorable personality always

made me so happy     when seeing him :D he

always   had   a   bright grin on his   face   which

seemed to light up my entire world. it’s kind of

impossible    to see mill   smile   and not    smile

yourself.      yongsoo is like an instant happiness

booster!!    and not to mention how fricking cute

he is. like no literally, you cant just watch any clip

of   mill or even lay eyes upon him and tell   me

he’s not the most precious boy ever :sob:     i feel

like every time i seen him,     and even still now i

seem   to fall in love with   him more and   more.

since he ~is~ the second youngest member, he

always   had a little bit of that evil   maknae ;)

kinda charm about him and its always so funny

to see. even within the first few days of learning

about the boys i knew i was already whipped for

ooo and was about to semi ult mill and well uh

here we are today :dancers: ‍♀ :bangbang:

⌗O4 — personality ❜

it’s kind of impossible to put into words just how

loveable and sweet mill is. he’s quite literally the

most perfect person to ever exist.      like people

say “well no ones perfect”,     then   explain   lee

yongsoo’s entire existence??        ...am i hearing

crickets??    yes     that’s     what     i thought 🤨

while he mainly shows the happy side to him on

camera,            you can see just how playful and

bubbly he is. he’s always joking around with his

    and     cheering     everyone up. his

sunshine smile     and adorable giggle always

make the people around him happy too.      he’s

just so bright and fun all the time and always

being like a happy virus that makes everyone

around him joyful too! he’s literally the loml nah

it’s hard to even put into words how much i

love this man :sob: :sob: he’s genuinely the epitome

of    all things adorable    and he never fails     to

brighten up your day after life has been horrible

and    yuck,   trust me i know from    experience.

when things feel tough, sometimes crawling into

bed in your pjs and rewatching onlyoneof clips

for hours at a time can be more effective than

anything else to make you feel better.   idk if it’s

just for me but at times, onlyoneof provide more

comfort   than   any counsellor   ever   could </3

mill also is one of the most sweet and caring

idols :(    he loves and looks after his   

and lyOns so much and you can tell it’s genuine.

even the ooo boys   have   said themselves that

mill always works his hardest and cheers them

on during practises when   they’re completely

worn out and idk   about you but that had me

devastated :broken_heart: even further proves my point that

mill is best boy. he’s also extremely hardworking

himself and like i said before, he always gives his

absolute all in what he does.                   i find it so

heartwarming   how he tries    to make sure   that

fans can find a sense of comfort and happiness

when watching him, and it works 100% !!!

⌗O5 — visuals ❜

right   now it’s time to talk about visual   mill !!

should be easy enough since he’s like the most

gorgeous person i’ve ever laid eyes upon,     but

then   at   the   same time    he’s   so   pretty   it’s

indescribable :broken_heart: let me first start ranting about

his smile. his smile is just so huge and bright and

adorable and literally lights up my entire world.

it’s impossible to see yongsoo’s sunshine grin

and not smile yourself. just his smile alone brings

so much happiness and a   sense of comfort and

reassurance, like a big hug or a nice cosy mug of

hot chocolate. the small things like that bring me

the most joy and make   me all soft and my heart

melt. AND HIS BRACES!!!    i can’t just talk about

his smile without mentioning his braces. idk why

but i find them so cute on him 🥺 i’m just ugh so

obsessed it sounds strange but literally it’s so

cute.   mill has now given me a love for braces so

if ur ever feeling insecure about ur braces,    istfg

don’t be bc i automatically love you for having

them    anyways    okay    take    my    love rn   ur

GORGEOUS >:( but uh changing the subject-   in

general he has themost handsome visuals like

ever in existence and if you think otherwise you’re

lying to yourself <3           he could very well be a

professional   model bruv i wanna see him on   a

magazine cover now :weary:

also on the topic of visuals, it’s time to appreciate

his selcas bc wow idk about you but it takes time,

effort and talent taking   semi-acceptable selfies

for me, but no mill’s??   why does he make it look

so easy for him.     maybe bc he’s perfect already

but um hows that fair   why did i have to be the

ugly one here 🤨🤨      i literally adore his selcas

and photos so much i cant explain. even concept

photos of him are ethereal and stunning.   he has

such cute boyfriend visuals but then also has the

more mature and serious scary mill side of him :0

( but we all know mill isn’t scary :,) )           he’s so

handsome either way it’s unreal.

oh god, do i have a lot to waffle about in this

section KDJSKDJ      right besties now i know

absolutely nothing about rapping or singing or

what makes them good but i’m just gonna go for

it bc ??     why not ???     if barely anyone will talk

about   mill’s voice then i shall take that   upon

myself to make sure he’s   being appreciated and

loved </3   since mill is extremely talented in both

rapping and singing i might just need to talk about

both sides to him.         so first of all we have main

rapper mill !!      :gift_heart: :heartpulse: :sparkling_heart: :revolving_hearts: :heartbeat: :two_hearts: i adore him sm

please can i just say that    i love the way he raps

like his voice is everything. from what i hear when

i listen to ooo for three hours a day as usual is that

he has flow and has an actual talent for rap, and i’ll

cherish any few lines he gets to show his talent.

onlyoneof   and their perfect discography :tm:   has

enough songs showcasing little snippets of mill

rapping but i feel like he needs even more time to

prove just how talented he truly is.       he has even

more potential like just give him the songs and let

him rap more often >:( also i think the world needs

a mill mixtape?       omg wait no i would die for that

now   that   i think about it but uh   anyways   i’m

getting sidetracked again back on topic :worried: before

i even   decided to look into the group ofc i had

heard their songs which made me stan in the first

place,   and listening   back to   them makes me

slightly hearing    his voice and loving it

was lowkey obsessed with his voice +{*#+%

okay now let me stop ranting and talk about singer

WTF MAN HES THE   MAIN RAPPER BUT ALSO

MAIN    VOCAL    MATERIAL    AS    WELL   NOT TO

MENTION MAIN DANCER MATERIAL HUH ?!    how

does that work bruv what did you eat to make you

like this ??       what have you eaten to make you so

talented??      anyways like mill’s vocals are angelic

and a treat to your ears, it’s like ear candy hearing

him sing. his voice is so sweet and even the singing

side    of him needs    to    be    shown   more    and

appreciated wayy more than it already is.        mill’s

voice   in general is   distinctive   and overall   kinda

satisfying to listen to.         i wanna hear some more

slower songs    (but not ballads bc no i barely listen

to them sorry :broken_heart: )      from him bc i think they’d suit

him.      one of my favourite songs where his vocals

stood out to me the most might just be dOra maar

and that also might be     down to the fact that i am obsessed     with   that    song   and     strangely

it’s instrumental too. it’s literally such a bop and

if you haven’t   listened already then we cant be

friends anymore ye bye :disappointed:

now before i start rambling on about dance mill

can i pls clarify that i know fuck all about dance

and   i’m just going with whatever and   saying

whatever since i have    no idea how to properly

judge.   okay thank you for keeping that in mind

besties :heart_eyes: now let me appreciate dance mill bc

barely anyone does which is so sad to see since

he’s so fricking talented :<      he deserves more

than just a small section dedicated to his dance

but that’s all i can do right now grrr

i’ve never really thought abt someone’s talent in

dance this much before :sob: :sob: yongsoo is just so

fun to watch!!    since he has his gorgeous smile

on his face all the time and is always being his

adorable cheery self,   he always seems to have

fun with dancing and pulls choreography off so

effortlessly.    sometimes dancing looks so easy

for him like he knows he’s good +#*#+#       like

omg how is it possible to make it look like it’s

nothing for you sir and make me look like an

actual fork over here bc i cant even comprehend

the moves?? the audacity :confused: :x: we need to talk

about how when he dances he embodies every

concept of every song so perfectly too.    like his

duality in general is insane but you can see it in

his dance as well which i love about him. it’s also

satisfying watching him,      he can go from such

powerful and   polished   moves to dancing more

gracefully and elegantly,   yet he always stays so

ionate and energetic!! :( he’s so hardworking

in everything, even the little things.        when you

watch the way he moves   you can tell he puts his

all into what he does which is yet another thing i

adore him for. not only that but he’s basically the

most perfect stable performer omfg.       vocals??

check.   dance??   check.   facial expressions? on

point!!!!!       mill’s talent is so under appreciated it

hurts sometimes, the man is out here rapping and

dancing like rent is due sometimes and i see barely

anybody talking about it :tired_face: stan onlyoneof right

now tyvm.

⌗O8 — fav era ❜

not gonna lie,    this was a hard choice but i feel

like my absolute favourite mill era has to be sage

era, and i think that might be bc i’m in so in love

with the album i would happily marry it and im a

whole red haired mill enthusiast :massage: 🏽‍♀     the whole

line sun goodness album is full of bops and has

no song i’d even think about skipping, and i feel

like mill’s distinctive and pretty voice stood out to

me in each song. everyone say ty mill for blessing

our ears with his heavenly and angelic vocals and

looking so cute with red hair :revolving_hearts:         and also the

sage stages ??       what more can i say other than

the fact that they’re so entrancing and powerful.

im still at a loss of words thinking about what i can

write   about   it ,   no matter what you say   it’s

impossible to fully describe them. and wow scary onlyoneof :O     also while we’re talking about the

stages we need to talk about the choreo,      it’s a

must. i mean see the entire dance but specifically

after yongsoo’s “i cant get you off my mind” ???

no music show fancams for sage at all makes me

so fuckin angry i could actually batter someone

i have no idea what this is but here’s a couple things i appreciate lots about my fav boy that i might not have mentioned before :)

RED HAIR

i love love love red hair on mill !!!! ngl it’s one of

my   favourite things to exist along with   sleep,

food and plushies.        his bright cherry red and

even softer pink-ish red hair both look so friggin

pretty.   in general he looks charming in any hair

colour but no red hair hits sooo different on him

specifically :sob: .      if you told me that half of my

camera roll is basically red haired mill i wouldn’t

even be surprised anymore bc it’s understandable.

VLOGS and LIVES

every now and then,    if i’m awake early enough

or have free time i love watching ooo’s lives and

ofc i’m excited when it’s mill’s day.      usually i’d

find clips of it online but actually watching live

is a whole experience,    even if 99% of the time

idk a word he’s saying but it’s okay !! we still get

to see him all happy and bubbly :D       and i also

love watching his vlogs.     ooo vlogs are a much

more recent thing but i love how mill works hard

to edit and make fun contents and listen to lyOns

for ideas. he works so hard for us and all of his

vids are so fun to watch :(

BERETS

i also need to mention   somewhere about beret

mill bc i love berets on him so much i’d happily

dedicate my whole to that only.         my

favourite   thing on   mill   is   berets   and   beret

yongsoo is so fricking precious it’s unreal like

^{+#^*% how is it possible to be so cute.   i love

berets on both kpop boys and girls in general

but for me i love them on him more than anything

i don’t even know where to start with this but uh, happy birthday shawty :heart_eyes: JSKDJDK ANYWAYS UM mill eat lots and lots of cake and yummy foods and do whatever makes you happy !! thank you for being one of my sources of comfort and happiness for the past sixish months. ur bright smiles and giggles and words of reassurance have kept me going for so long and i just rly want you to know how much you mean to me :c sometimes life feels a lot easier knowing that you’re always here for lyOns and working your hardest or even just that you’re around. i hope you’re taking good care of yourself too, since your well being is also top priority!! you’re genuinely one of the most important people to me and i love u sm, i want you to know that ur appreciated and loved a lot :(( your sweetness and bubbliness is the most heartwarming thing ever and just seeing you puts a smile on so many faces. you work so hard for us lyOns and we’re so spoiled to have someone like you :sob: :sob: i’ll never ever stop being proud of how far you’ve come since debut and what an amazing and talented person you are!! you truly mean a lot to me and i’ll never be able to repay you for how much you’ve helped me deal with bad times in the past six months. and once again i love uu!!!!! <3 now of course this small letter will never reach you bc that’s just the way of the world, but hopefully you have the bestest day ever lyOn’s bestest boy :two_hearts: :two_hearts:
