"It is sad how the community back home tends to misunderstand how it's like for us to go through the hellhole... I want to assure you that you have less to worry about it. It's the best I could do to help." - Chloe to Raptor, Syria, Middle East, June 2070

A tomboy with a heartful personality, yet also serious with a vast desire to know and a secondary knack for engineering. She strayed away from what her father wanted her to be -- an entrepreneur or a model. Instead, she dwelved into the world of mechanical engineering before dedicating her life to journalism, especially regarding the war between Polity and Union.

Chloe was born to a rich French businessman who married with an American model. In a family of six, two daughters, one son. She was the eldest of the family. This meant she had the most responsibilities, of taking care of her sister and brother when babysitters were not around as well living up to the expectations of her parents. Her father was strict on how his kids curved on their paths, ensuring they were on the line with his personal goals as someone who was all about the private company he ran, which was related in supplying materials for the German-French t defense industry especially for the making of weapons, armors, ammunition, robotics, and camoflage fatigues.

She took her elementary education in Paris before tranaitioning to Berlin for high school since her father needed to be in for assessing the relations and productions of necessary materials for a German weapon manufacturing firm, which had slowly been rising from bankcrupcy with the toils of conflicts brewing, especially between Polity and Union. She found herself being like a celebrity during her pursue of education -- top of the school in the dance team, late night hangouts and partying, great academic scores. She found herself to have such an ego and spoiled demeanor, which her father and mother constantly reprimanded during meetings that involved their clients or business partners.

During this time, however, she also found a ion in anything mechanical. Her boyfriend at that time took her to his father's automobile shop which he often showed how he helped his father and the workers doing maintenance and repairs on the cars, but also drones (not military drones of course), and robots of their customers. Something about the complexity of repairing broken exotic cars like BMW... interested her. That, and along visits to German weapon manufacturing firms, such as Rheinmetall, Heckler & Koch, etc related to her father's line of work, really interested her about how amazingly enticing the science and mechanical complexity behind their production. She itted, she never found interest in the subject of war, destruction, anything related to killing each other, but the process of making them was just eye-catching.

How humanity was able to rapidly evolve in the world of technology and only making it faster from time to time got her hooked. Spending more time with her boyfriend, which to the disdain of his father (but positive to her boyfriend's father), she found a renewed interest in her choice of career. She used to want to follow her mother's footsteps in becoming a figure in the fashion and celebrity world. Then thanks to her boyfriend, she preferred mechanical engineering instead. She had a preference of getting her hands dirty under steel instead of stepping on the platform in style being watched by many. It was the thrill of tinkering that got her excitement and the action that kept her occupied.

Life seemed normal and good. Until she found that her boyfriend was drunk with another girl she despised. After collecting rumors and informations from her connections in school, she eventually found out that her boyfriend... well, now ex-boyfriend, was actually trying to impress his gang of friends of how "cool" he was by getting into relationships with multiple girls and ended up ditching most of them just for that one girl because she fulfilled his 'expectations' the most. It really hurt her soul seeing him since then.

Being a direct person, she later apprehended her ex-boyfriend and presented her complains, also right when the girl she opposed was with him. It ended into a more bitter talk until it escalated with his girl pushing her, and into a fistfight. Tables and chairs thrown, bruises for the three while students watched in amusement. Being a dancer helped for putting all of Chloe's power into her kick, but she still lost to being overwhelmed by the two until teachers with the assistance of some students intervened.

Of course father and mother were unhappy when they heard it. They didn't want their eldest daughter to act in such an abrasive manner. But alas, Chloe still was never a girl that thought silence was a woman's best quality. She never took her mother's advice seriously. She was still a carefree person that enjoyed finding answers to her own questions and would do anything for it. The next week, her ex-boyfriend got arrested by the police for hiding coccaine inside his car, drunk driving, and not having a driving license. Chloe was glad she did not want to talk with that liar anymore. Her mother became more strict toward Chloe, as she wanted her to follow her footsteps and not her further trouble for herself.

Still enjoying the fashion world, however, Chloe grew more tomboy-ish tendencies and found learning judo and taekwondo, tinkering with machinery, to be more enticing than ballet classes and having to perform stages. The thrill was addicting. Eventually by the age of seventeen, she and her family moved to the United States and she pursued education in mechanical engineering for college. Although seeing more and more refugees coming from the Polity-Union conflicts also made her to feel sympathy and wonder what the conflicts felt like to them. The idea of how complex humanity could be in making innovations yet using them against one another and being no worse than animals... she seeked to find that answer.

Deeply saddened by how an American friend who taught her about firearms was killed in action as a Vanguard soldier in Iran, she was determined to enlist in the Vanguard once she was done with getting her degree. Unfortunately, her father did not allow her to enlist as he felt that her daughter should had learned how to be a proper heiress to his company instead. So she thought of another way... which was journalism. She always loved to travel, see places, and took notes of their history. But what about conflicts? She was aware that they were not always like the media portrayed, taking s from her few older friends that enlisted in the military.

Having been into questionable relationships that ended into unnecessary dramas, like with her ex-boyfriend a few years ago, she wondered how different it was in those conflicts. Out of the civilian world. Her mother approved of her desire to work for a Press as she thought it was still appropriate for what she wanted for her daughter and hopefully it made her daughter to be a better woman for the continuinity of company's bloodline. Unfortunate for her mother, she never knew that her daughter would actually get herself to take dangerous assignments and into the warzones...

By the age of eighteen, she enlisted into the Press and got her first duty of inside office works, which she did not enjoy as she preferred action outside and see things herself. Thankfully, due to a manager finding her potentials and skills to be appropriate, she eventually moved on to be a journalist. Even though her degree was spent on mechanical engineering, the Press found her to be better than most journalist candidates due to her experiences and explorative nature. Knowing it was the daughter of a wealthy French businessman helped as well.

Her mother let her eldest daughter to work for the Press, but father disagreed with it. There had been arguments between the two, but her father eventually let Chloe continue her path. Instead he made the youngest sibling, the only boy in the family, to be the future heir of the company. Chloe was fine with it -- she honestly found her family annoying anyway and she felt more comfortable to be among the presence of her friends. Being with the family felt as if she was locked in a bird cage with her having to follow their 'traditions'. Even though her parents already warned that they were not going to assist her on her career, she still was proud to be an independent woman. It was a breath of fresh air.

Two years ed and she finally found opportunity of what she always wanted to explore -- being close to action, to sign up as a war correspondent for the Vanguard. She understood the risks and that it wasn't always like in popular fictions. Her parents eventually found out about it and weren't happy, although she did not care as they did not have the right to stop her from making her choice. Didn't heed others' opinions on it. It was her life, her choice to make. She felt it was the right thing to do. Also a way for her learn how to become a better person.

Her first war correspondent duty began in Africa, with Vanguard troops training local forces and going alongside them to fight hostile warlord groups and the Union backing them up. She felt incredibly nervous at first, as the atmosphere felt so much different compared to life back in or the States. As if she was living in another world with 'alien' kind of people, how conflict-dominated zones had very different lifestyle, the talks between soldiers being something she had almost never heard of or even understood all. She was surprised, yet saddened to see how the local populations went about their lifes like nothing else despite gunfire and explosions on the other side. They were so used to the atmosphere that they thought all of that was normal.

While she had no military training, she still learned martial arts and had learned the basics of firearms when she was in the US. At times the infantry company she was embedded with would hand her a spare assault rifle or pistol in case she needed to defend herself, and she always wore a ballistic vest along the word 'PRESS' on it over her shirt and tights. The sound of armored vehicle convoys, gunfire from far away, seeing injured friendly local African forces or even mutilated bodies, were enough to get her to almost puke and felt pity. She was in a way, glad that she hadn't had to deal with these sorts.

One day, she was on a forward operating base (FOB) inquiring the company's captain about the conflict as well his personal opinions regarding the situations. She also helped mechanics fixing the vehicles thanks to her degree in mechanical engineering, which the soldiers liked. When she was standing behind sandbags however, she suddenly got dust sprayed to her face. She came into shock, recoiled back, and wondered what it was before a crack of gunshot was heard from the distance. Bullet traveled faster than sound. That stray bullet hit the sandbag that she laid behind while she was writing notes. She peeked out of the sandbags but she couldn't see anything from there.

Terrified, she ran back to a safer location and she didn't need to tell the soldiers as they then manned their positions and tried to spot the attackers while laying down fire on the direction of suspected enemy locations. Somalian pirates were attacking from all directions, mostly armed with AKs and FALs as well having armed trucks and makeshift mechs. The skirmish ended after an hour, with five soldiers wounded and one critically wounded as an RPG rocket exploded near him. She couldn't believe what she saw when he saw his right leg blown out, seeing the bones and flesh beneath it as he was choking on his blood. She closed her mouth as she braced herself at the sight. It was whole different compared to seeing gore on TV. She actually saw the man, quiet as he looked at his own stumb, before crying out in pain.

Chloe did her best to keep his airway open at least, before medics from the MSF eventually arrived to apply tourniquet, and carried him with a stretcher to inside the FOB into a medical tent. Seeing that she got blood on her hands and how things could go catasthropic any moment forever changed her perspective on war. Nevertheless, she wanted to help more for the poor souls stucked in the conflict, whether they were Vanguard, local forces, or civilians. She later spent her time accompanying Vanguard soldiers checking up on the injured and dead Somalian pirates mostly one hundred meters away from the FOB. She saw Vanguard soldiers using the slang 'skinny' to refer the Somalian pirates, as they executed a bunch of the injured hostiles with their rifles or knifes.

Chloe intervened and asked that they could have captured them instead of killing them. But a sergeant said that some of them tried to fight back, and they did not negotiate with terrorists or pirates. They still took a few they presumed to be leaders of the assault into custody however. That moment she learned, soldiers weren't always battle angels as portrayed in popular media either. It seemed as those soldiers had enough bullshit to cope with. She can't really blame them though, as she herself was stressed after seeing all of that.

The soldiers begged for Chloe to ensure they liked her writing. Chloe said that some of their actions were unnecessarily ruthless, however. A corporal snapped and told Chloe that they had to do what was necessary and threatened to kill Chloe if she made them look bad on the news. Although the sergeant scolded the corporal for that attitude, and apologized to Chloe. She was fine with it, although still intimidated.

Slowly she learned about the nature of conflicts, also reading historical books for references as she worked on her report for the Press while constantly being on the move following the infantry company, which had seen heavy combat against Union-backed militias. She noticed how the men and women had a strong sense of relation with one another, along with how adapted they were to their environment. She wondered how the hell they could remain calm and even laugh when they were under fire. Their answer was simple:

"You'll find adrenaline addictive, and it's simple. No bills to pay, no nonsense dramas, everyone focused for combat. It's either life or death. We used to be like you, but eventually we learned to have a love/hate relation with our jobs."

Some soldiers she asked said they enlisted because they wanted to be on the right side fending off the Union from harming the ones they cared about, as well as patriotism. However, what she found very different from what medias tend to portray -- they seemed to care more about the war, the combat, the thrill, doing the right thing, and each other. Many missed their homes after having months of deployment, but there was still... something about these soldiers. Individual soldier was different from one another, but they all shared something in common... like a pack of wolves.

These frontline soldiers definitely had different personas than soldiers who had not seen combat, as she took note of it. Of course, the military community had always been so complex. Experiences were what made a man or woman. Nearing the end of her embed, she went home back to the US and the Press she worked for enjoyed her writing and recordings. Chloe did her best to keep a neutral standpoint in her writing, a rare trait among news agencies nowadays. Although at the same time, she tried to convince the audience through her writing that war was not always like what they thought about.

As she met her sister and brother, Chloe was dissappointed by the uncaring attitudes of her siblings regarding the war. Only replying with short pointless sentences before they urged Chloe to go back following her parents' footsteps. Not to indulge into the wars, but instead their business and lifestyle. Enraged, Chloe left them both and refused to answer anything from her family. Deciding to dedicate her life as a journalist and war correspondent. Why on Earth 'civilians' were still this ignorant even though they had people serving for something greater than their personal worries of their cosmetics, made it irritating. She found no surprise if a plenty of soldiers missed combat after they went home seeing circumstances like this. A lot of nonsense and hogwash from certain groups in the civil community. Times had been different compared to the past. And it was sad to see how people must go through hardships before they could learn to accept one another.

Good thing she was a property of the Press by then. Her family had no right over her any longer.

As she was driving her sedan, she eventually had a police officer to stop her. Fined for driving on the wrong side of the highway at midnight. She forgot that she was not in a convoy of having to take ways that were less likely to be covered by explosive hazard. Every moment she spent with her peers and other people, something felt... off. She found irritation among how people care about tiny problems that didn't mean much, how people were trying to just have fun, and normal life in general. She couldn't go to clubs, hangouts, or even enjoy dancing as she used to be anymore. Instead she spent more time on workouts, doing researches for her subjects, getting her NRA hip, buying an AR-15 and played 'soldier' at the range.

She didn't know what she was doing exactly, but she was lost on what she wanted in her life. It wasn't getting another boyfriend who wouldn't stab you in the back, being famous, being a model, being an entrepreneur, or anything. In a way however, she was glad that hardships had made her to be a better person compared to her bombastic, ego, and spoiled demeanor in the past which her family still appreciated. She wanted people to realize that there were more difficult matters to attend rather than their own personal hedonist issues. She believed she perhaps could make a difference through her writing and letting out her opinions during interviews.

She missed her days with the soldiers and the locals there. As they said, it was simple. What mattered was what's going on that day, and that's it. She didn't need to worry about anything else. Almost no worrying about other people, relationship issues, dramas, getting stucked in political arguments, bills, social justice warriors, not having a purpose, etc. The battlefield may be red, but it was also green. Through hardships brotherhood was born. Politics and anything else went out of the window, what mattered was finishing the jobs and getting in and out as a unit.

She went on even more embeds with the Vanguard. She was present during the Battle of New York, where she witnessed Union soldiers slaughtering everything that dared to stand at their path and Vanguard troops mounting a stubborn defense. She couldn't help but to show empathy on the refugees and anyone who gave their lifes to prevent the horde. The heroic story of a Vanguard jet pilot who made a sacrifice to deploy an ESD only made her to be even dwelling further into conflicts, to the point she did not care much about her own safety. With America getting invaded by the Union, more and more people worried about it. Chloe thought they should had been worrying about it sooner than later.

There was a particular person she was terrified of at first, but also heavily ired. It was a Vanguard special forces operator who went by the name Leone Young, callsign Raptor. She had the chance be selected to an embed with the Vanguard special forces in Syria, where their jobs were to train and assist local Syrian rebels against Union and Union-backed Syrian armed force while also directing air and fire . She had to say, it was the worst situation she had been into. There was almost no running water when they were surrounded by the Syrian armed force, and she ate military MREs and drinking boiled tap water most of the time. Getting reinforcements were hard with the enemy blockades.

As for Raptor, she found the female SF to be a friendly and kind fellow. Until she saw her ruthlessness in action when she combat the hostile forces alongside her squad. It was normal for her though. She and Raptor exchanged stories, and both were glad to find out the similarity between both of them -- had boyfriends, except one was a bastard while one was a great lad. Leone thought it wasn't in a romantic way however, but she still missed him.   How Raptor could cope with the bad situation she and the other SF operators in was such an enticing subject.

She noticed on the later days on how Raptor seemed rather stressed and down. Refusing to talk with her at certain times, cutting off conversations, and seemingly holding back something. Until she witnessed Raptor and other SF operators getting on their vehicles and rolling out of their hideout. She was told to stay there, but catlike curiosity striked in and she sneaked her way out of the hideout and traced where they were going via the marks they left. Going on a trek armed with only a Glock 17 and a knife to defend herself with. She eventually heard gunshots and explosions from the nearest local village, which she surveyed from somewhere. There she saw Vanguard special forces operators massacring the villagers in a similar manner to WW2 Nazi death squads. Using captured Union weapons. Spraying them with automatics, chugging explosives, and ensuring there were no witnesses. She couldn't believe what she saw... why would the Vanguard do that?!

When she tried to run away however, Raptor who had just shot dead a teenager noticed Chloe via her thermal imagers. Raptor took a shortcut and tackled Chloe, drawing her karambit and threatened her. Chloe insisted on why they were doing such immoral things. Raptor went on a temper tantrum of how she let a fellow Vanguard SF killed to hostile ambush and was ripped apart by a rocket just because she got too close with a child from the village, and talked too much with her and she never knew that the child was ing the Union-backed Syrian armed force and revealed the location of her and a squate. She felt regretful of not listening to her squate about avoiding too much local interaction -- it had gotten him killed and she couldn't bear to see how she had let a squate dead.

"You'd be calling me a fucking child killer now, huh?! You have no idea on the choices I had to make! And I'm fucking sick of all the bullshit I must go through! I swear to God, if you write about the slaughter for the media, I'm going to fucking kill you!"

So the Vanguard special forces slaughtered the village for vengeance over a teenage girl who revealed their location during a deployment. It was cannibalistic. But they were only human. Chloe hated what they did, but at the same time she could only imagine what would they feel if they ever got backstabbed like that and having to make hard decisions with no clear right answer and each decision having their own consequences. She had her bitter moment with her ex-boyfriend. But what Raptor went through was much worse than it.

Next, she saw Raptor breaking into tears as she dropped the knife, and kneeled before her.

"Y-You see... I don't like to think much of the people who I fought with and died... because this... will happen. I had to be an example for others a-and... there's no room for further errors," Raptor said, as she struggled with her voice over the sound of hiccups and crying.

Chloe could understand it and gave Raptor pats on the shoulders and tried to comfort her.

"I used to be weak! But I am still weak! If I couldn't protect my friend, then what the fuck am I?"

Chloe assured to Raptor that she apologized if she didn't understand. She knew that she had to make hard decisions and they all had their own demons inside, but at the same time still being human. She would not blame the special forces operators for the slaughter they just did. In fact, every side was to blame since they had their own questionable moments. This was the nature of war she learned -- there was no right angelic side, it all depended on you, and it was survival of the fittest. Of course she still ed the Vanguard as they're the hope Polity had in fending off the Union authoritarian regime. It was really more complex than what the medias and fictions often showed.

Days later, eventually a Vanguard armored corps came to their rescue. Annihilating Union and Syrian forces and gaining a foothold in the country. Main battle tanks and Strider mechs ed by footmobiles as well as air and artillery . It was time to go home. She kept her promise of not mentioning anything about the atrocities. Chloe had learned that a lot of factors were very circumstantial and depending on the individual. Yet returning to normal life after all of that was difficult. When she visited Chicago, Illinois to visit her trip organizer, she happened to coincidentally found Raptor who was presumably taking her off-duty time. She was drunk in a graveyard only wearing a black tube top and black pants, pouring some over a grave before tossing and talking to a non-existant individual, as if she was talking with an unseen ghost.

Chloe got out of her car, and the mark on the grave read 'Michael McHardy', the best friend Raptor once told about. Since soon the sun would be rising, Chloe tried to drag Raptor away before she made shame to herself. Raptor was flailing wildly, to the point of punching her. Chloe had no choice but to trip her over to the ground, and pummeled her to the dirt. The knowledge she gained from judo course had not faded yet. And good thing Raptor was too drunk to keep her balance or react effectively. She apparently was unable to fight effectively while drunk. If Raptor was sober, things could have gone differently. After a while, Raptor eventually snapped out of her craziness and apologized. The Vanguard SF operator had been dealing with post-traumatic stress lately and drinking too much alcohol and other unhealthy habits.

Chloe let Raptor to get in her car, and together they talked again. Raptor being unstable and found herself to be unable to return normal. Missing combat every day as if she's addicted to it like drugs, because in combat was where she had a purpose and chance to be with her pack of wolves again. She had gotten into trouble with the society lately with behavioral problems and beinf easily irritated, which Chloe could relate to. She assured that whenever Raptor needed to vent, Chloe would be there to listen and kept her mouth sealed of whatever she said. She wanted to help troubled people like her to be able to return to the normal society and not stucked being warfighters. Raptor later revealed that she actually wanted to get into the entertainment industrys since she was younger. Although her duty as a soldied got stucked into her and like it or not, she still could never let go of military life because it was the only place where she found comfort during the moment. Despite losing friends, Raptor still wanted to go back to serving soon.

Chloe made an assumption that people like Raptor were not necessarily psychopaths or warmongers. They were lost due to the things they had to endure. And they missed the brotherhood and sense of purpose which they felt missing as they returned to normal life. Their minds had been adjusted too much for combat. The thrill of combat had been the most horrible yet also most wonderful experiences in confusing ways. Chloe felt it too. With her experiences, she hoped that she could alter the public opinion as a journalist one day so they could help these veterans to not having to be stucked in a warzone again.

To this day, Chloe still continued her line of work as among the best war correspondents. She also maintained a best friend relationship and possible love interest with Leone "Raptor" Young, even though the two had barely met each other face to face since then. She had been among the most enticing journalists to be indulged or invited into talk shows, interviews, and gatherings within both the civilian and military worlds.

Currently she is writing a book regarding the war between the Vanguard and the Union, saw from a more non-political way but eyewitnesses of war.

With her experiences as a war correspondent and a voluntary psychologist, she grew up to be a focused individual and less carefree compared to herself in the past. Constantly thinking on how she could do her job better as to help people in need and to convince the public opinion regarding matters at hands. This had led her to overthinking and dealing with constant additional stress. On the bright side, she is a friendly personality who always tries her best to maintain decency and not to view a book by its cover. However, she can still be abrasive and stubborn when the circumstance arises. With more and more conflicts and embeds she had gotten into, she became more and more resentful with the general society and easier to be irritated by anything that may sound immature or stupid to her.

Her comion can go as far as being directly in the situation where she can help the people in need herself since she wanted to no longer be the spoiled and big ego teen she was in the past. She is also keen on learning new things that are needed for her job, as well having a habit of tinkering with anything mechanical. This made her to double as a mechanic as well should her degree in mechanical engineering called for it. She thoroughly analyze her subjects and situations, always tries to get as many views, approaches, and possibilities to know so that she can know what is best to do to accomplish her tasks.

Experiences being in the line of fire as well near-death situations had made her to be toughened. Being just as numb and calm as veteran soldiers in hectic situations. Although she still has hesitation if she has to kill another human being. She still did pull the trigger of her pistol when a Union soldier was choking a Vanguard soldier in a close quarter combat though, enough for the Union soldier to get knocked back and the Vanguard soldier executing him with his knife. She could still use violent force if necessary, but she hoped she didn't have to do that again since then.

Also another thing that she noted -- in every group of people whose jobs are related to killing other human beings, there will always be at least one person who will be suspicious of you and a chance that he or she will tell that they are going to kill you if you get them into a big trouble. She is already used to it.

She is rated among the best war correspondents with the biggest amount of bravery and recklessness.

She kept her hair shoulder-length since she was a juvenile and had barely changed since then. She used to color her fingertips, but not anymore when she started going on embeds. She never likes wearing earrings either, finding them to be more of an annoyance, so she has ear piercings for nothing.

Chloe prefers to wear attire that does not hinder her movement much. It had always been sleeveless shirts, black leggings, and skirt. Although on embeds, she wears long sleeves and black tights instead along with utility belt and tactical gloves.

Despite her positives, there are still negative traits of her that often go against what she is good at. She may be a smart analytical peraon, bur she has a tendency to overthink and ends up trying to make complex solutions or words that could have been done better in much simpler ways. Despite her comion, she is still stubborn, direct, and short-tempered during certain moments. Shown with her resentments and anger toward people who she thinks are stupid, know-it-alls, and do not care much about the subjects she always get into. This was very apparent in her family, which she was glad she didn't have to be with them anymore.

Chloe is still not military-trained and will most likely lose to a well-trained soldier. She still shows some hesitation in harming others which can be fatal in life or death situations as she may be slower to get into action. She is, fore and foremost, still a non-combatant. Her own curiosity can also bring her to almost do stupid things or risky moves that could harm herself or others.

She has a somewhat paranoid tendency after many embeds, constantly checking if she is being followed or if she is being bugged. If there is any danger to come or any annoying person to deal with. Post traumatic stress eventually got to her as well, resulting in having nightmares of her embeds and regrets of not being able to help everyone. She almost cannot sleep without worrying about something.

Whenever Chloe is irritated, her thinking would be disrupted and at times it could lead to her making silly or bad decisions. This has been a detriment when she has to talk to people or doing interviews especially with people she never liked.

Glock 17

As a war correspondent, she does not carry much other than some personal items such as her notepad, stationary, maps, canteen, etc along with her holographic interfaces. However, after her first embed, she has always been carrying at least a personal handgun (she prefers Glocks for their reliability, high capacity, ease of handling, and just being comfortable to her), a few spare magazines, and a combat knife. Always wearing at least a light plate carrier over her shirt as well, for protection.

AR-15 is basically semi-automatic only version of the M16/M4 carbine meant for non-military and law enforcement s, or civilians.

Direct impingement-based AR-15/M16 family rifles became a surplus since first and second world governments around the world moved into gas piston AR derivatives or other rifles for those who had M16 derivatives as their standard issue rifle. She privately owned one of the many DI AR-15s and a Glock 17 of the latest gen. They may be relics from around 70 years ago, but they are still deadly effective and able to be upgraded or modified to meet current standards. In fact, the Direct Impingement ARs are still as about as accurate and lighter than the newer rifles (the impingement system generally allows for more accuracy as well at the compromise of reliability). Major difference is the reliability/cleanliness, operating system, and some minor tweaks. Some operators she knew preferred to use the 'old custom-modded DI AR-15s' just for the sake of the lighter weight, perform just as well, gas piston operating system generally has more vicious recoil, more cost-effective, and when they don't expect to go into firefights in adverse conditions much. 5.56mm is also used when 6.5mm or other advanced calibers are too destructive or overpenetrate in zones where non-combatants are common as to avoid further unwanted collateral damage. It had been 100 years since Eugene Stoner invented the AR yet it continuously remained as top-of-the-line rifle family as it modernized with age (The M16 family rifle is still in service in different countries nowadays, United States included).

Again, she almost never brought any of her privately owned firearms on her embeds though due to tricky restrictions. Although she carried her Glock a few times when she really needed a personal weapon to defend herself with and did not expect her to get any firearm to lend. That, along with a combat knife.

At certain times, she also doubles as a drone operator for the Vanguard. Bringing collapsible recon drones for the soldiers and using them either for recording footages or reconnaissance. She brings anything necessary for what she will be doing.

Sometimes, she would get lended a spare assault rifle if the circumstances are dire. She barely ever gets the chance to shoot them though. And if she does, it has been mostly suppressive fire to cover friendly troops.

- Her sexuality is bisexual. She used to be straight, but since she met Raptor, she thought some women... are also enticing and can be just as attractive as lovely men. Despite her and Raptor having their own bitter moments, both complemented one another. She has yet to express her romantic thought to Raptor, however. Terrible experiences in the past with relationships may have made her sexuality altered.

- Right-hand and right-eye dominants.

- Coffee over tea

- She still has not abandoned her fashion sense despite leaving her family and ditching a potential as a model. She continues to care a lot about how she dresses.

- She and Raptor kept in touch with each other via online messages.

- Owns a few different AR-15s and a Glock 17 of the latest generation, and a few other guns as her private personal firearms. She s the Second Amandement and is a libertarian at heart.

- Enjoys singing and dancing, still. Although not as energetic as she used to be.
