Why isen't there a dwarvish house?
Whoever wins a cup as a head leader of a house can announce someone else as a new leader for a new house , the new leader can establish(find) a new house and the Name and flag and everything and the house , what species should be , and etc...
So as far as I know , no one was interested in found a Dwarfish house since the brgy.
