  The titular protagonist of Disney's 1964 musical

  film of the same name and its sequel. She is a

   nanny who uses her magical powers to help the

  Banks family. Since her debut, Mary has become

   one of Disney's most iconic and endearing characters.

   The Disney iteration is regular figure in pop-culture

  even to this day, receiving many parodies. This

  notably makes Mary Poppins one of the few

   live-action Disney characters to gain the critical

   acclaim of icons such as Mickey Mouse and

  Tinker Bell.

  Keisher is a special visitor that appears during

  the Fishing Tourney event. She stops by the player's

  island only thrice per year to spectate and offer a

  particular kind of fish bait to the participants.

  𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞

  Keisher is a fine, glowing Kingfisher. Her

  aqua-colored feathers lightly reflect the light

  of day which makes her shine and noticeable.

   The bright orange and splashed white sides

   adds to the glow. She has a long, grey bill

  and dark, reflective eyes.

  She wears a modern Edwardian style outfit

  with a dark, blue hat that stores and endless

  pile of fish bait under it. She carries with her

   a Victorian parasol.

  𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐁𝐚𝐢𝐭

  Keisher has a taste for only fish and aquatic

   insects. Other edible stuff won't satisfy her

   picky tongue. However, due to the unfavourably

  polluted, busy fish market, she resorted to fishing.

  That way, she can be in peace and spend no penny.

  Eventually, fishing became her hobby and started to

  create ways on catching fish quicker, leading her to

  craft a kind of fish bait which lures not just one but

  three fishes. Knowing how helpful this would be in

  fishing, she decided to share the recipe to those who

  she thinks are deserving, like those hardworking

  fishermen(animals) working nearby her fishing spot.

   After a while, the city begins to get too polluted.

  Keisher could not stand the sight and took the option

  to leave the place with no hesitation, bidding farewell

  to those close to her. Along her venture comes a flyer

  that was carried by the wind. A flyer that announces

  the Fishing Tourney event in an island.

   While being there, Keisher intends to offer some of

  her fishing bait to the participants of the event in

  exchange of a favor. She gives out tasks to those

  who are interested to trade. Such tasks include

  talking to villagers, treating them nicely, and cleaning

  up the island where weeds are plucked, flowers are

  watered, and drops are picked up.

  𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐫

  Mary Poppins' animal version is one of Britain's

  iconic bird; the Kingfisher, like the icon she is. Her

  chosen specie is a bird since Mary Poppins

  apparently lives above the clouds. The beauty of

  the Kingfisher's brilliant feathers are as gorgeous

  as Mary Poppins herself, with her elegant personality.

  This Kingfisher is unlike other Kingfishers, mostly

  seen around the woodlands of Britain. Due to the

  increase of pollution, its rarity spiked significantly.

  Like Mary Poppins, she only comes down once

  in a blue moon.

Time travel, often shortened to "TT", is when the player manually changes the time of their game to benefit from seasonal events, bugs, fish, moving villagers out, moving villagers in, upgrading shops, progressing story, etc, in their Animal Crossing series games. It is also used to manipulate the ABD interests where, by the end of each month, a certain percentage is added to the player's Bell amount in their bank s.

  𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥

  Time Travelling forward to a few months will

   allow the player to meet Mary Poppins in her

  modern maroon outfit. She will give them a

   warm greeting and introduction to welcome

   them to the future. For only that entire day, she

   will stay there and frequently talk to you about

   your reason for time travelling while giving out

   hints of its obvious effects. Once the player

   changes the time once again, whatever progress

  they did during that specific period when Mary

  Poppins was present won't be saved.

  𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥

  Time travelling back to a few years will let

   the player encounter Mary Poppins in her Jolly

  Holiday outfit, having a small tea party with

   Timmy and Tommy. The young tanukis have

   milk for the party. She will warmly greet the

   player and introduce herself. Like the future

   version of herself, her presence will only last

   for a day. She speaks about how lovely the

   island is and hints of time travelling, and hopes

  that they don't mind her univitedly visiting the

   island. The progress in that day will be saved.

     𝐈𝐈.   𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧

  I chose Mary Poppins for this challenge not

  because I knew her for a long time. In fact, I

   never knew about her until I searched it up.

   I've only heard about her from certain cameos

  to which I cannot recall, but now that this

   challenge brought me to knowing her, I may

   have fallen in-love with the character. Perhaps

   it's due to how idealistic she is. Though that's

   not the reason I chose her for this challenge,

   but how she reminds me of my nanny who

   took care of my lazy, childish self back then.

  My nanny was not as fair, elegant, firm, or

  practically perfect in every way like Mary

   Poppins. However, the fact that they both

   happily the children they take care

   warms my heart. They're there for them

   while their parents are working away, or even

  when there's trouble. My nanny taught us how

   to do household chores and spoke about

   agriculture from time to time to grow our own

  vegetation. She also ed me on my goal

  to become an animator or an illustrator which

  my parents used to find discouraging as a career.

  Disney inspired me to become one. Unfortunately,

  she retired after a few years to assist her cousin.

  Because of that, I want to dedicate this entry to my

  nanny. :sunflower:
