general description:

:arrow_right_hook: When with others, Lunas is playful, relaxed, talkative, and blunt. It's not often that he's quiet unless he's deep in thought; even when he's upset he tends to run his mouth. When he's alone, he's more or less the same, often even talking to himself despite the strange looks it tends to earn him. With those he likes and/or trusts, he's generally more polite and less prone to snarky remarks or arguments.

childhood:

:arrow_right_hook: Being born into all-out warfare, Lunas wasn't often able to leave his house, as his parents feared for his safety. He re very little about this point in his life, as the constant fear of being killed or worse was traumatizing enough for his childhood memories to be quite fuzzy. He does, however, that his father wasn't around often, and it wasn't until later that Lunas found out it was because his father had a hand in torturing and interrogating the royal family's prisoners of war at the Shadow Temple.

teen years:

:arrow_right_hook: As a teenager, Lunas became a bit of a problem child. Nothing too severe; however he quickly became known among inhabitants of Kakariko Village for his quick wit and sharp words. At the same time, his intelligence became very apparent, and his father wasted no time teaching him everything he knew. Using the limited resources he had, the boy even made his own functional prosthetic for the arm he'd been born without. Late into Lunas' teenage years, he became interested in the concept of moving freely through time. So, he began researching.

adulthood:

:arrow_right_hook: Lunas made the biggest breakthrough of his life shortly after he turned 19. At a dig site just outside the wastelands of Gerudo Desert, he and his team of fellow researchers found ancient blue crystals with a strange blue glow to them. Hitting one hard enough made the surrounding sand transform into water, and hitting it again made the liquid transform back into sand.

Fascinated by this discovery, Lunas took all the crystals he could find and began doing extensive studies on them. A little over a year after many trial and error processes and sleepless nights, he was able to create the single most important thing he'd ever made; a time machine in the form of a watch. Without another thought, he left to the future and never looked back. He's presumed to be missing and possibly dead in his original time.

:arrow_right_hook: Lunas spends most of his time in the era of Breath of the Wild, as he's made several good friends there and finds the modern technology truly spectacular. However, he often moves through time to see major events in Hyrule's history, do research, or to just live his life differently for a bit.

When in the Era of the Wild, he works as a researcher for the Sheikah tech labs alongside Purah and Robbie.

He never understood her indifference to him, nor did he bother trying to before she died; something he regrets every time he thinks about it. She's the only reason he contemplates going back to his original time

— Lunas has always had very conflicting feelings regarding their father, but most of them are negative. They hate what Nolan did to people for the sake of the Hyrulean civil war, and they hate how the man treated them. However, if it weren't for him, Lunas may never have created their time machine, and for that they feel they have to give him some credit

:arrow_right_hook: This is a redesign and rewrite of Lunas' character, the original version (for those of you that were aware of it) is no longer the accurate one.

:arrow_right_hook: Lunas is heavily inspired by Tony Stark from the MCU.

:arrow_right_hook: I'm probably gonna go back and do a bit of tweaking to his backstory and a few other things. I wanted to get this out as fast as possible so the writing is a tad janky lmao.
