Welcome Creators to today's poll session of:
Would You Rather?
If you weren't here when we did this last week, I'm going to post the full question here, and you just have to pick an answer from the two options given. So without further ado:
Would you rather
Be an unknown superhero?
-or-
An infamous villain?
Bonus if you can explain why you chose your answer!!
I'll be voting as well, but I won't vote until the last day of the poll. Come by at the end if you want to see what I chose

Currently what would be considered my villain arc. I wouldn't consider being a villain a bad thing depending on the circumstances, because they're definitely anti heroes or people who are altruistic that don't have the best of intentions when "helping" others.
If you’re an infamous villain that’s really all you’ll ever be known for. Being someone who brings hurt and misery to the innocence. But being an unknown hero, if anyone ever were to figure it out then you’d be known for doing good deeds and helping people! Whereas if you were to want to change your ways after being an infamous villain it would be extremely difficult bc a lot of ppl would just be terrified of you
That's a well thought out answer. Do you think even if someone became a villain like that they could reform and eventually be someone people don't fear?

Yes! If they are dedicated and acknowledge the error of their ways, if they truly want to change for the better it’ll be noticeable through their actions and behavior. It will take time but it’s very possible! Winning over the public’s trust will be extremely difficult, undoubtedly, but it’s not impossible. Given enough time, if the villain focuses on bettering themselves then eventually some of the public will follow. Not all but definitely some or most
Being an unknown superhero is good for low profile from villains and crime doers, along with no paparazzi to bother me.

Nah, maybe a little, but not much. I wouldn't have to hear people's criticism on how I did the job.

Yeah that's fair

Nor would I have to get into the political stuff. This reason is complicated to explain, so I won't go into it.
As well as I get to have my freedom and not need to live up to other's expectations.
