what is the birthday form?

the birthday form is simply

a google doc that asks for

three simple things:

✦ your profile link

✦ your preferred name

✦ your birthday

each month, the blazeteam will

make a post celebrating every

member who has a birthday in

that month! those who are

celebrating a birthday in

that month may even receive

a birthday gift; such as artwork,

edits, titles, or coins!

any member is welcomed to

fill out the form, regardless of

past issues within the community.

everybody deserves to have a

fantastic birthday!
