YAL Reading Games
Welcome to the YAL Reading Games!
To participate, after you finish a book, write its title and author in a chat message. In the same message, include what your favorite and least favorite aspects of the book were and/or your general thoughts about the book (this doesn’t have to be too lengthy). Additionally, you may include a star/percentage rating (this is optional).
Every Monday, a chat message will be selected at random from that week. Whoever posted the chat message (the title and author of a book) will receive a Reward Title. You may only enter books you’ve read from March 1st on. Nothing prior to that date.
The purpose of this game is to encourage to read throughout the year. The books you enter can be of any length, genre, language, or reading level. E-books and audio books count. The more books you enter into the chat, the more likely you will be selected to receive a title. Keep in mind you can only win once a month.
Do not spam the chat, but you may converse with other . However please try to keep the chat related to the games or reading in general. If you choose to chat, follow the [Guidelines], keep swearing to a minimum, and do not start/provoke drama.
