for photopea only

if you want to apply

psd !

open your picsart

and select the pic

ture that you want

to use and select

add   photo .   pick

same picture abt

5 or more .

select one picture

and   crop it   then

select   the   shape

to create a round

shape .

do the same thing

for the nose, hair

and the other fea

ture .     after     you

done , arrange it to

the place you want

and   draw   a   line

around the circle .

im lazy so i use premade template

now, go to brushes

and pick the second

brush , set the thick

ness and draw arrow

with it .

next , go to text

and write your

text . you   can

bend it and you

are done !

i add some sparkle

and psd to it !
