PSA: Notice Regarding Events Organized & Involving Wassek

Hello AF&E,

We hope you are doing well and are taking care of yourselves.

We would like to communicate to you some concerning reports regarding a 's behaviour, one that is currently promoting for a global event.

Within the last week, we received a report of an agent from a Russian community who exhibited some alarming behavior within the past year. After thorough investigation and evidence-gathering, the staff have reached a conclusion.

Wassek, the agent of Мир Аниме и Кавая amino (a Russian community by the name of "World of Anime and Kawaii"), has been witnessed interacting with younger s in public and private settings, calling them inappropriate names, engaging in suggestive conversations and manipulative tactics, as well as being an active participant in inappropriate media sharing.

After one of his victims became involved in moderation with another community, he began to attack and harass the victim, as well as the agent of that amino — even bringing friends from other communities to in.

When confronted, he began to bully, threaten bans, and harass s on both amino and telegram. However, as agent himself, there was no consequence to his own standing.

Though there is no action we can take to have avoided his previous event, this agent is currently seeking resources/promotion in AF&E to host another event with an unconfirmed date.

However, due to the overwhelming amount of evidence for his behavior and our concern for young ' safety, we have decided to entirely blacklist his past and future events, as well as remove him from our amino.

What this means is from now onwards, all posts relating to his prior events hosted in the community, as well as future event posts, will no longer be allowed in AF&E, and will be disabled on sight by the staff.
