Story

Nagisa is an innocent little girl who loves sweet foods such as candy, chocolate, cake, especially cheesecake. But her condition is not as sweet as we think. Her mother who gave birth to her did not acknowledge her, even though they were in the same house, her mother was rude and impolite as if she thought Nagisa was someone else. Her mother was a famous artist and married a man, but after Nagisa was born he just left them. Nagisa's mother is still waiting for her husband to come home and blames Nagisa for this incident, but Nagisa still loves her.

After some time her mother got sick and this was Kyubey's opportunity to turn Nagisa into a magical girl, he asked Nagisa's wish but she didn't really understand her wish. Nagisa thought that hope would be a bad thing if it came true. Nagisa had rejected Kyubey's offer several times. Until finally she thought of asking her mother to get better, but before that Nagisa brought her mother some cheesecake, which her mother saw was actually a lot. Then her mother asked about her father but Nagisa lied that he was working. Nagisa said that her mother would be well soon. But her mother said to leave her and live with her father, she said she couldn't be a mother, even though she recovered, the situation remained the same and did not change and that was because Nagisa was born. Nagisa told her mother about Kyubey but instead there was an endless argument and said that if Nagisa could do anything, Nagisa could kill anyone.

At that time Nagisa immediately left her mother to meet Kyubey and made a wish "I want to eat cheesecake all over the world, but with the taste that mother wants" then at that time Nagisa had officially become a magical girl. At the same time there were 2 magical girls who were fighting, Inui and Yu. Yu is a magical girl who has a list of bad people to be killed, whoever it is and sell their organs. Yu wants to kill Inui's boyfriend, Shou, because Inui has actually been deceived by his boyfriend by lending a lot of money, but Inui doesn't believe it. They were introduced to Nagisa to be mentors if Nagisa becomes a magical girl, but they couldn't and wanted Nagisa to live her life freely. After the fight, Inui was battered and her soulgem turned black, a sign that she would become a witch soon. Inui asked Kyubey to kill her but he couldn't, finally the witch's labyrinth appeared around the hospital. Kyubey told Nagisa to run but Nagisa wanted to protect her mother, though she knew her mother had given up on her life.

Nagisa was too weak to fight because she had no experience and finally fainted. When she regained consciousness Kyubey told her that the witch had been defeated by Yu. Then Nagisa ed that her mother's name was on Yu's list, so Nagisa rushed to her mother's room. but it was too late, Yu had attacked her mother.. Nagisa told Yu to go and Yu said that she was on Nagisa's side. Her mother who was still conscious said that she was bitten by a monster that had a torn mouth and horns. Her mother asked Nagisa not to leave her alone but Nagisa didn't respond to anything.she feel despair cause rather than wish to cure her mother,she choose to eat some cheesecake. At this time Nagisa's soul gem get murky and she had become a witch, the first thing she saw was a room full of sweets and that was her witch's labyrinth (Nagisa and her mother had died together).

When Nagisa ran to her mother's room, Kyubey already knew that Nagisa would turn into a witch because of that he would ask Mami Tomoe to clean up the area there. (If you've ever watched Madoka Magica Episode 3 when Mami's head was eaten by a witch, that's Nagisa's witch named Charlotte)

Other Stories

Thanks to Homura who repeated the many times to save Madoka so there is another side of the story. In the Rebellion Movie or manga when Madoka became a god (Madokami) she revived Nagisa and made her,her assistant. Nagisa respected her very much. Madoka gave her the ability to transform into a human or half of her witch form. Nagisa is friends with Sayaka, Kyoko, and closer to Mami. Even Mami named her witch form with the nickname Bebe. But if i that scene again, it's tragic Mami got eaten by her own beloved friend.

In the Scene Zero Nagisa also appears there (don't know the story because I haven't watched and played the game) what I know is the green haired one is a lost magical girl who once had time to be friends with the Holy Quintet (Madoka's group) even in the game banner only she is character who won't get a rerun.

There's many of magical girl had a bad stories. I just pick this one cuz connected with the anime.
