I'm glad to hear that you were able to overcome negativity and make positive changes in your life. While I am curious about why you had to deal with negativity for a year, I understand that it's not my place to ask since we're not close friends. I’ll leave it at that.

As for me, I have tried my best to overcome negativity, but no matter what I do—whether I change my personality or approach people differently—I often end up experiencing the same issues. That's why I find it difficult to be around others.

As for you, you do not need to change who you are for people. Have you ever considered that perhaps, it is the people that need changing, not yourself? Most crowds are not for some of us, and it takes motive and determination to find the ones you click with. Sometimes though, another reason we may not be clicking with anyone; is that we are not ready for any close relationships yet.

Friendships are, of course, uplifting and empowering, full of trust and care for eachother. You may not be getting close to anyone for the fact that you are not close with yourself.

Take this time to find you, and dig deep into your flaws, and do not be ashamed of them either. When you know, in your heart, that you are ready— there will be people all over in your life.

I wish you could share your thoughts with me now because there’s really no reason to wait. I understand that we’re strangers, and you might not feel comfortable, but you might as well tell me a little bit.

I've realized that I'm not the problem; many of the hundreds of people I've encountered share the same personality traits. Some people in this community are dishonest, manipulative, and they don’t care about you or your mental health. That’s one of the reasons why I prefer to avoid talking to others. Honestly, I could live without friends because it's too stressful and bothersome.
