So I turned on ark all of the dlcs are purchased and ed for me but I cant access them because it says I dont have them so I can please get help

Are you 100% you ed them all do any updates?
I have found the reason and ark is finished ing but didnt I can play multiplayer but cant access the dlcs because it isnt finished
