What first got you into art?

Well when I was like 2 I saw my sister’s doing it and I was like I wanna try, and I loved it ever since because I’ve always had nice , it became a daily hobby for me and I do it a lot.

Where does your inspiration come from now? who are your inspirations?

Mostly I draw my same OC’s, but scrolling on Pinterest or looking at fanart is usually my inspiration, sometimes it can be if I listen to music.

I listen to anything, porter Robinson, MGMT, just really anything as long as it sounds good to me.

The artist that inspires some of my character sheets, they’re name is kana, I found them on Pinterest and they have really good art.

What mediums do you enjoy working with?

I like to use ballpoint pens to doodle with! I mostly do digital art now. I use to draw with my Prisma pencils, and some markers but I don’t have any paper lol.

What is your favorite piece and why?

This one!

I think it came out really pretty!!! And it’s one of my favorite OC’s to draw!

How do you deal with artblock? Any tips?

Art block is one of the most annoying things ever, it goes from an ok day, to one where I’m just sitting and watching YouTube. When I have art block I like to step away from art for an hour or two, just to give myself a break. Then when I want to draw again I usually draw stuff I don’t draw as much like fanart.

Do you have any advice/tips to share with other artists/new artists?

Here’s my advice! Start simple with your art when you start out, you don’t wanna rush to the top immediately, if you have patience your art will look amazing in a couple of years! And it does seem like a lot of time but it’ll go by fast, rushing won’t help! I’m a very fast improver, and some and some artist improve slower, but trust me everyone improves!! And soon enough you’ll be glad you spent time improving! Rushing your talent can mess things up, you might not be able draw something like you did for awhile. And , Even if your art is amazing you’re still learning! We are all still learning! And will continue to learn as years by.

How would you describe your art style? Do you have a favorite if you have multiple art styles?

Well I have a lot of different art styles! I would say mine are very expressive, I like to draw an my anime and cartoon style!

What does art mean to you?

Art to me means emotion and someone expressing their creativity! Art is anything made by somebody, Art means expression. I think the world around me is what makes me wanna do art, I see other people do it and it gives me inspiration.

What are your art goals/aims?

One of the goals I want to get done, is to be animator! I have tons of good stories and characters I want to get out to the world!

I like to write about demons. Mythical creatures. Mental illness, and addiction! It’s really interesting to me! And I’ve tried animating, I just haven’t found a good enough program that doesn’t lagg.

Do you have any original characters? If so what can you tell us about them?

One of my OC’s that I like to draw a lot is Surk! He’s a demon, he was created from a science experiment. He is the antagonist of my story. And his plan is to kill everyone on earth, but later he gets murdered by the protagonist, letting him end his character Arch. Surk was born February 28th 2003, he’s currently 18. :eyes:
