i suddenly feel very off and out of place and like I'm intruding on everyone around me and I don't know what to do about it because it's been so long since I've felt this insecure about it instead of the constant ive always lurking insecurity that I'm not good enough for those around me and I worry that I've disappointed and hurt the people in my life without even realizing but I don't want to ask because I feel like if I ask I will look like a fool and they will think I'm an overdramatic moron
