I love washi tape dont get me wrong, yet I've had troubles keep them to stay sticked down on the page. Are there some better then others? Or any tips you suggest?

Maybe you’ve used bad quality washi tapes. “Washi” means Japanese paper. That means the tape is made of actual paper, not plastic. Some “fake” washi tape uses plastic instead of paper, and those tend to not stick as well to the paper. Just an observation from my side :)

Ive wondered that too. Ive tries some from a variety if stores. Even art stores that I wont name names. I knew they are japanese paper. Yet would like to know too where do you find real Washi Tape?

Try looking for the brands MT and Masté. These are both Japanese brands of washi tape, and they’re well-established in Japan :) They’re washi tape is around $1-$2.50 per roll, so it’s not bad at all.
You can maybe use a glue stick to really stick the tape down
