After realizing that weekly spreads have not been as useful to me as I had hoped, I decided to make changes, although I am still not sure how to change them.
Most of my planning happened on the monthly overview and a running task list, so I was left with a lot of blank space in the weeklies, planning in only the few time-bound events.
But I saw an interesting video about decorating the spreads after the practical use. Here's the link to the video. My spreads are not like hers lol.
ittedly is that much better fit for my planning style, because it gives me a lot of flexibility, I can use as much space for lists as I need to, the pages aren't empty, and I still get to play with pens.
Here is a sample of a before picture.

It was fun, sure enough, but it is now waaaaay too busy for me and I'm glad I didn't decorate it like that in the initial setup.
Here are the 4 results.

Another cool thing is how my mood tracker and memories page filled up.
Here is the empty shot.

It was a fun month filling them in. Look:

Love looking at the memories page. My favorite is escape room, because it was my first time. And the fact that I crowned this month's theme :lemon: :lemon: :lemon: by making a the LEMON FRICKIN MERINGUE PIE! That was soooo delicious!

I also like the end look of this spread better than the weeklies. Not sure I'm much of a decorator :joy:
So... That officially wraps up July. Thank you @MochiBujo for suggesting the "before & after" post.
I like this #onemonthchallenge. Almost like after I'm done with it, I want to keep it going. But we'll see.
Have a lovely August, everyone! :kissing_heart:
