I think I have found a good balance on being lazy and having my journal still look somewhat nice. It mostly includes a lot of washi and a good stash of stickers and some distress inks when I feel like I need more color. Functional stamps are also great because one can get a lot of use out of them.

I usually do my weeklies using the alastair method. That way I can just list my todos and events and mark them for the appropriate day so they are easy to move to my dailies.
No idea where that green ink keeps coming when I haven't used that ink in a good while :sweat_smile:
And of course it just had to be green so it would stand out against the red

For me it took a few years of trying out different things and different paper sizes but these days I usually use the same setup every month and just charge the aesthetics a bit :blush: maybe the key is to take it easy and not care too much as long as it's useful and helpful and fun
