"Kisses in the Fall"

Some fluff for the Venus Pixies event so yeah I need to finish my Dobengal fanfic but eh I'll do that later along with some fanart but I have to get this done first so enjoy! This is the pallet im using

Day One

Flare sighed as she sat done on a bench she was supposed to meet up with Dobengal today yet,of course he was late but Flare didn't mind at least she could see her friend everyday. Flare breathed in the autumn air it smelt like a sweet pumpkin pie along with a sour cinnamon even if it smelled quite bitter yet,it is quite calming to Flare.

She looked up at the sky seeing the leaves fall off the trees and land on the ground softly she smiled to herself knowing she had liked her friend for awhile now yet she didn't want to confess because she knew it would be awkward and didn't want to break their friendship so she just pushed her feelings down in the pit in her stomach

"Flare! Sorry I'm late!" She heard a energetic voice yell she looked up again to see him,Dobengal she smiled got up,and waved for him to come over to their bench

"Ah,It's r-really no problem! Don't worry about I-it!" Flare stuttered quietly embarrassed that she stuttered. Dobengal noticed flares behavior he was worried she looked like she had a fever!

"Flare! Are you Ok!? You're burning up!" Dobengal worryingly said as ge brought hus hand to meet Flare's forehead. Glare only burned up more and more as Dobengal leaned closer

"I-i'm o-ok! Don't w-worry!" She smiled turning her head away leaving Dobengal gazed his soft brown eyes gaze he just chuckled as he put his scarf around his red-headed friend

"There! Now were both warm!" He chuckled again smiling a wider smile making Flare blush and touch her hands in a nervous manner

"T-thank you D-dobengal but,y-you don't need t-to share your s-scarf.." She said a shyly Dobengal blush slightly he thought she was adorable but of course hid his blush

"Nah! This is what friends do!"he smiled hurting Flare a bit she hated how he only saw her as a friend she hated it she wished she had the confidence to confess but was afraid of rejection so she just nodded and kept quiet a frown was placed on her facial features

"Just friends..?"

The color Russet represents sorrow or grave seriousness how does it fit with their friendship? Well Flare is very serious about keeping her and Dobengal's friendship strong so she always pushes down her feelings. She wants no,needs to keep her friendship with Dobengal because of how much she loves him but if she was rejected or if there friendship breaks she'll feel great sorrow

Day Two

Dobengal felt a ping in his heart everytime he was with Flare and he didn't know why it was only with Flare not anybody else so he need to go to one of his other friends

"Sting! Rogue!" Dobengal exclaimed rushing towards them and determination running through his veins as he need those two

"Yo! Dobengal! What do you need?" Sting smirked a tint of pink on his cheeks appeared because of the chilly wind

"Okay,so everytime I'm with Flare my heart beats quickly and I don't know why! And its only with her! I always feel calm and comfort,warmth with her!" Dobengal explained carefully as Sting began to snicker

"You have feelings you idi- OW!" Sting couldn't finish his insult because Rogue had whacked him in the head

"Dobengal you like Flare" Rogue calmly explained what Dobengal was feeling Dobengal noted everything Rogue was saying

"Okay! Thank you Rogue! And Sting!" Dobengal smiled again rushing to the spot Flare and him sit all the time he saw her sitting there fiddling with her fingers nervously he always wondered to as of why she was always nervous around him but he pushed it aside

"Flare! Hey!" He smiled waving his hand high in the air she giggled and waved back as Dobengal zoomed next to her

Hey Flare! Do you wanna listen to some music! Its really good trust me!" Dobengal smiled brighter as Flare nodded in delight. Dobengal grabbed his ear buds and put on in Flare's ear and he put one in his,he flipped through his playlist to find the song it was 'Lost In You' by three days grace

"There! Finally found it!" Dobengal exclaimeded clicked the song and it began to play as Flare relaxed into the music leaning her head on Dobengal's shoulder shutting her eyes. Dobengal smiled at this along with blushing resting his head on hers

'I guess I did find a way to get Lost In You..'

Dobengal thought smiling to himself he felt warmth and comfort in flare he felt so calm with her as well he was happy he had her

The color brown represents warmth and comfort you see,Dobengal finds much comfort in Flare along with warmth from her. Because he never really had someone like that so he was grateful that Flare was his comfort and warmth

Day Three

Dobengal and Flare both need relationship advice so they went to their friends

"Rogue!" Flare yelled rushing towards the black haired mage he turned around and smiled a bit

"What is it,? Flare?" Rogue asked smirking a bit

"O-okay! H-hear me out I really really! Like Dobengal but I don't know how to tell him.." She confessed as Rogue patted her back

"Good,now I have a great idea!" He smiled as Flare nodded he leaned down next to her ear and whispered

"Yukino!" Dobengal shouted running with full speed towards the white headed mage

"Yes Dobengal-san?" Yukino smiled rubbing her arms fro warmth her purple sweater was great yet she was still cold

"Flare just canceled our hang out! So she can hang out with Rogue!" Dobengal complained with slight anger lacing in his voice with a hint of jealously. Yukino acted surprised

"Oh my Dobengal! Are you perhaps jealous?" Yukino smirked a bit as Dobengal flushed

"N-no! I just want to h-hang out with Flare!" He stuttered angrily crossing his arms,looking away from Yukino while she laughed

"How about we hang out to make Flare jealous?" Yukino suggested as Dobengal slowly nodded

"Fine let me text her and tell her" he sighed and took his phone out and texted Flare

'Hey,Flare do you wanna hang out with me and Yukino? Rogue can come along as well'

Dobengal tapped his foot in annoyance waiting for Flare to text him back

'Um,Sure! You can come to the coffee shop me and Rogue are at!'

Dobengal smiled at how Flare texted back so quickly yet,he still felt really jealous

"Flare said we shall go to the Coffee shop" Dobengal said to Yukino as they began to walk

"Are you s-sure this us going to work? W-what if me and him get into a fight?!" Flare exclaimed nervously Rogue grabbed Flare's shakey hands and rubbed them

"Don't worry Flare I know He won't get he'll only get jealous not mad" Rogue smirked again as they heard the door chime seeing Dobengal and Yukino walk in

"Hey guys" Rogue smirked and winked at Yukino as she winked back

"Hey Rogue-sama! And Flare!" Yukino smiled as Dobengal glared at Rogue for sitting next to Flare

"Come on Dobengal-san!" Yukino smiled grabbing his arm and rushed to the table Flare grunted and glared at Yukino in a jealous rage clenching her fist

Suddenly a waitress came up and took their orders Flare ordered some coffee with sugar. Dobengal ordered a latte. Rogue plain black coffee and Yukino a blueberry cake. They all ate while Flare and Dobengal would throw daggers at Yukino and Rogue they were both jealous

"Hey Flare? Do you like Rouge?" Dobengal spat rudely as Flare's eyes twitched

"No! Do you like Yukino?!" She retorted the questioned getting up smacking her hands on the table. Dobengal got up from his seat and slammed his hands on the table

"No! Why would I like her! She's with Rogue!" He shouted anger laced his voiced as Flare glared

"You sure!? She was all touchy with you!" Flare slammed her fist in the table again glaring at him

"Well at least I'M not the one who cancelled OUR hangout!" He snapped banging his fist down

"Whatever! Im leaving! Don't speak to an for the rest of the day!" Flare shouted stomping to the door angrily shutting it after she left Dobengal slumped in his chair

You see the Color light gray or gray in general means dingy and dull you see,Dobengal and Flare both felt dingy seeing each other with someone else and raged out and they all turned moody to each other they also both feel dull without each other to which fits this scene

Day 4

Dobengal and Flare sat on their bench quietly and awkwardly both looking away from each other ever since yesterday and or the fight they both felt bad and awkward they wanted to apologies yet they both couldn't find the right words

"Hey-" they both started looking at each other and then looked away blushing they were both awfully embarrassed with each other

"Y-you go first!" They both stuttered again they blushed again looking away both of them sighing awkwardly

"I'll go f-first" Flare sighed again looking at her hands sadly

"I d-don't know what c-came over me yesterday... My anger just came out s-sadly.. I j-just hate seeing you with someone e-else because I c-care about you a l-lot and don't w-want you to h-hurt.. And s-sorry a-about canceling our p-plans Rouge wanted to make you j-jealous" Flare confessed sighing in relief

"Flare.. I accept your apology but still I'm really sorry for yelling back a-at you" Dobengal apologized smiling at Flare as she smiled back

"Im relieved we made up!" Flare smiled looking up at Dobengal as he smiled back and nodded in agreement

"Yeah how about we do something you wanna do?" Dobengal smirked in that reply as Flare seemed surprised

"Hm,how about I show you a new song this time? And we go to my house and relax there?" Flare suggested smiling a bit,blushing

"Sure! Let's go!" Dobengal smiled grabbing Flare's hand dragging her behind with both of them blushing furiously. Their hands fit perfectly with each others they both smiled at each other and giggled again

Finally,they made their way to Flare's house and went into her room

"Finally! Let me grab my speaker and I'll put on some calming music while we meditate!" Flare exclaimed excitedly as Dobengal nodded

Surprisingly both of them love to meditate with each other its usually after something bad happens they do that,both of them love to meditate yet,only do it with each other because they were to shy and scared to tell other people

Flare returned quickly with her speaker and plugged her phone into and began to play 'Never say Never' ny the Fray they usually alternate to as who plays the music and it was Flare's turn so she chose a rather more calm song because usually Dobengal plays rock music

"There! Now we can relax!" Flare breathed out getting into her position shutting her eyes calming a small smile carpeted up her face slightly Dobengal looked at her

'I guess I'll Never say Never to you Flare'

Dobengal thought getting in the same position as Flare

The color beige means calmness and relief so after the argument they both wanted to feel relieved that they would stay friends and stay calm around each other and make sure they stay together. They needed to to stay calm for each other

Day 5

Friday hit around and so meant flare had to confess today of course she tried to put it off but she just couldn't anymore everytime she saw Dobengal her heart would just melt,she was deeply in love with her best friend she practiced the perfect confession the night before but,was still nervous she wanted everything to be perfect for him.

What Flare had plan was they would go to her house and she would show him a song again it was called 'Over and Over' by three days grace she would hope he would get the message and understand it hopefully,he would accept and if he did she also had something planned she really wanted to kiss him but,not at her house at where they first met

"Hey Flare!" She heard Dobengal shout his hand was waving in the air excitedly she smiled and waved back at him he rushed over to where she was sitting on her bench,shivering a bit

"H-hey Dobengal!" Flare smiled like usual at her crush he just smiled back,sitting down and grabbed his phone oit of his pocket

"Hey Flare I got a new song we can listen too!" He smiled and put a earbud in her ear and played a song it was 'Unbreakable Heart' By Three Days Grace it was one of Flare's favorite songs to listen to when she was sad or worried but she was confused to as of why Dobengal was playing it

"Um,D-dobengal? You do k-know I only listen t-to this song w-when Im sad or w-worried right?" Flare stuttered slightly looking up at him as he just nodded

"Of course I know! And right now you seem agitated or nervous about something! So I want to play this song to calm you down and make you feel better!" Dobengal explained as Flare blushed a darkish bright red

"O-okay I see t-thank you Doben.." Flare stuttered as Dobengal blushed at the use of his nickname he smiled gently and relaxed,putting his head on Flare's shoulder as she jumped slightly but soon relaxed.

'You're the one,you're the unbreakable heart!'

The music was so calming to flare she really forgot about all her worries and was more confident about confessing all her worries felt like they have washed away. A few hours went by and Flare checked the time it was 5pm

"H-hey Dobengal we s-should to my house.." She blushed again grabbing his hand dragging him. She went quickly to avoid his gaze

'He thinks I'm so weird right now!'

Flare thought worryingly biting down on her finger nail nervously she rush and rushed and finally got to her house,she then led Dobengal to her room and sat him down and she rushed into the living room grabbing her speaker then,rushing back into her room

"Ah I see! Are you going to show me a new song?" He playfully laughed stretching

"Y-yep!" She stuttered happily plugging in her phone into the speaker and searched up the song,it took awhile but she found the song and put it on the room fell silent is was a comfortable silence to Dobengal but to Flare she felt awkward

'Over and Over,Over and over I fall for you'

Dobengal hummed with the lyrics and he felt eyes on him he glanced at the side of him to see Flare looking at him in awe,she instantly looked away embarrassed she was caught staring,he chuckled

"S-sorry!" She blushed

"Its fine! Don't worry!" He smiled as the music continued

Over and Over,Over and Over You make me fall for you'

Dobengal's eyes widen he had just understood what Flare was doing and glanced at her,he opened his mouth shockingly

"F-Flare...?" He murmured out as Flare jumped,she was caught off guard "Y-yes?"

"D-do you p-perhaps like me?" Dobengal asked as Flare looked away,nodding a sudden burst of happiness went off and he jumped up,proudly

"YES!" He roared with excitement pumping his hands up in the air Flare looked at his quite,strangely

"W-wait! Do you like me back!?" Flare stood up wide eyed and looked at Dobengal as he nodded grabbing Flare into a tight,loving hug as Flare only blushed and hugged back

"Hey I got an idea! Get you scarf and sweater on we're gonna go out!" Dobengal smiled grabbing his clothing putting it on whilst Flare was as well she always wore Dobengal's blue scarf while Dobengal wore Flare's scarf. They both were ready as Dobengal grabbed Flare's hand as they walk out of the house

"Hey D-dobengal? W-where we going?" Flare asked looking up at Dobengal

"You'll have to wait and see!" He smirked slightly as Flare pouted,playfully as they soon made their way to where they first met

"W-why a-are we here?" Flare stuttered she was thinking what Dobengal was thinking

"I want our first kiss to be here" Dobengal said truthfully smiling turning Flare into his position as he leaned in she also began to lean in then their lips connected leaves began to fall twirling around them,a soft breeze grazed them

Yo! I finally finished this! And yes I did finally make a fluff fanfic and I was gonna end it with a cliffhanger but Im not going to but hopefully you dudes enjoyed this! The drawing too 1 hour and 17 minutes and I used ibspaint X
