Every character not being Marianne
Most of the weapon Refinds because they are terrible why just put any skill on it like Life and Death 3 or any other skill
Because it would ruin the balancing even more...

Have you seen some of the Book 1 units. Some of them dont deserves to be in 5 star locked like Linde Lucina Azura Lyn and alot more. The only 1 i guess can stay is Hector Takumi and Genny since they have quality fodder like Close Counter Distant Counter and Wrathful staff
