I put a port outlet supercharger on my gtp and I have lost boost would I need to drop a pully size to regain that boost? If not what would I need to do

2 things:
1) where is the boost being measured at. Stock superchargers have a goofy map sensor setup. If it didn't get put back on then you dont have a way to read it. Regardless its important if you modify to get an aftermarket gauge. Stock gauges are the absolute bare bones minimum for boost application.
2) Where is the ported supercharger from? If you didn't have a shop do it... well. You sure its ported and not ground straight through? :joy:
Pulleys won't for a complete loss and porting shouldn't really affect pressure. Porting a supercharger helps with air flow but its actually more for the temperature gains. Less restrictions means less heat. Less heat means cooler denser air. The Pulleys will absolutely affect your psig readings however no pulley setup to large or small should ever hit complete 0. You have a mechanical issue of some kind. My guess is the gauge setup your running either is broken, setup wrong, or out of limits.

Did you lose boost after you switched charger or just randomly after? If it was right after the switch I would suspect the pulley size to be at fault, if the loss isn't related to the switch, I would suspect a leak of air somewhere in your exhaust or intake system.
The old supercharger made full boost and it wasn't ported when I put the ported supercharger on it lost boost

I would check the pulley size to make sure. Also if it went from not ported to ported, it may be a programing issue. Not too familiar with charged engine yet but I would look at those things, anything else would be out of my skill, hope this helps.
