Hyperio Technia 100% | The luckiest I've ever gotten with a level

Oh boy...

So here it is, finally my Hyperio Technia completion. It's been such a long time since I first quit it that it's not even my hardest demon. It's my second or third hardest but at least it's my first legacy demon. That's cool.

Some of you were probably here for when I started practicing this, but most of you weren't because it's been such a long time. I started playing this in December of 2018, and I spent a few weeks on it. I poured over 6,000 attempts into and managed to get my unluckiest fail in gd, 86%. The reason why that's so unlucky is because it was for one thing a massive fluke, and everything after 85% is really easy. I was beyond demotivated and eventually gave up. To this day, that's still my second worst fail (my first is 94% in Quantim Variations).

My completion of Hyperio Technia back then would've been so revolutionary, that it would've stayed my hardest demon until about 2 months ago when I beat An Expression. On top of that, I'm not even sure if An Expression is harder or not. They're about the same difficulty. That means that Hyperio Technia would've stayed my hardest demon for a little bit over a year which is insane for me. My hardest demon changes every few months or so.

My hardest demon at the time was undetermined, but it was either Lightning, Haste, CraZy II, or Voidless. However, 2 months after I dropped Hyperio Technia, I beat Ichor II as my hardest demon. Here's the video.

This completion was quite difficult for me, but it still wouldn't have compared to Hyperio Technia. Ichor II stayed as my hardest demon until 6 months later, when I beat Panic Attack in August. I beat even more levels of the same difficulty, like Altair, Forrest Gamp, and Monody Caverns, but STILL, none of those were as hard as Hyperio Technia. The only time a level could somewhat compare to Hyperio Technia is Convection, which I beat in September as my first demon harder than both Panic Attack and Ichor II. However, I'm pretty sure that level is slightly easier.

Now we skip to 4 months after my completion of Convection, January. I beat An Expression in 1.8k attempts as my new hardest demon. This is the first time that a level can closely compare to Hyperio Technia's difficulty, even though it's well over a year after my 86% fail. But like I said before, I can't even determine which is harder because they're so close.

A little bit less than a month after my completion of An Expression, I beat Tm18 as my first extreme demon in 3k attempts. This one is undoubtedly harder than both An Expression and Hyperio Technia. At the time I had no thoughts of ever going back to Hyperio Technia, and I never thought I would. I wanted to take a break from hard levels as well, but I also wanted to have some fun so I grinded some easy insane demons. The two hardest ones I beat were Glitch Goblin and Knocking Bird.

And now, we finally skip to the present. It's not even like I spent a few days on this, I spent probably about an hour. I wanted to return to it so I did a 23-attempt practice run. I spent so much time on this that even a year later, I still had most of the level down. I did some start positions runs and did a few to 100. Now I play the level in normal mode, and I fluked it from 4. Yes, I never died past 4 while trying to beat this. It took me 4 attempts and my worst fail was 4%. I spent ~200 attempts that day even though I spent ~6k last year.

This has been a mind bogglingly crazy journey and as the title says, I have never gotten so lucky with a level before. Even though I never finished it off last year, I'll consider this level one of my milestone demons because the only other time I've spent this long on a level was August of 2019 with Windy Landscape. If you were around when I first started playing Hyperio Technia, you'd understand how insane this is.
