Good morning demigods and demigods, how are you? I hope you are well, I hope the monsters haven't eaten your feet this week.
Today I present to you Dionysus himself, in his divine version, sitting among the clouds of Olympus, and maybe, who knows, while he glares at someone who is doing something stupid, or while he wonders how long it will take Ganymede to bring him his cup of Wine.
I don't know who knows this but Dionysus, initially not a god but a demigod, was hidden as a child in the court of some king of Greece, to hide him from the fury of Hera, and was raised as a girl.
Believe it or not, this is one of the many versions that I was taught, but I like to think that during the early days as a divinity Dionysus kept his hair long, not only to testify to the abundance and fertility but also to a little of his history.
I hope you like the drawing and with this I say goodbye.
