Before we start, I want to thank the RT for opening applications. I love the group so much, and really want to ! This is my second time applying and I hope you consider me ^^

Introduce Yourself!

Hello there! The name’s Gardevoir. However, feel free to call me Garde or Gard, some of my most common nicknames, for short!

I’m an aspiring writer and always take up a writing challenge! Currently I’m posting a series here, The Diamond Ring, about a young bunny named Analese who goes on a quest to find Mira. Some of my other hobbies are drawing, crafting, and editing.

I love videogames so much! Right now, I’m playing Dishonored 2, and am basically at the end of the game right now, however I loved it so much, I’ll probably replay it :joy: I’m also playing NieR Automata, which I absolutely love! I’m near the beginning of the game, as I started it pretty recently.

I also love music! Currently I play three instruments, the piano, flute, and bass. I also love just listening to music. My favorite band is The Beatles. I’m actually obsessed with their music and use the titles of their songs as titles for some of my posts XD

In your own words, explain what the RT does.

The RT (Rewards Team) is an official group here. Every month, they host contests for this community! They try to make each contest match the month. They reward the winners with amazing prizes such as in-game items, writing, and art.

The RT has three roles. Traders trade their hard-earned items for better ones and gift those to the winners of contests! Writers provide writing for winners. Similar to writers, artists provide art for winners.

Why do you want to be an RT Member?

First of all, I love the concept of this group! In fact, I was in a similar unofficial group before, but we disbanded due to similarity to the RT. I love the idea of making monthly contests for the community, as I love participating in contests and, sometimes, even getting prizes from them!

I also love to meet new people and make new friends, and the of RT seem so fun and kind! I want to get to know them better through the group. I’m really outgoing here and would love to be able to meet more people.

Last but not least, I actually love group work! I love to go around, and whether it’s seeking for LCB, JEC or TT, or making a post for NEW or AJAG, or anything else, I just love to do it! My group work gives me something to work for, which I love.

Do you have any experience in a official group?

Yes, I do! Currently I’m in nine official groups, and a trial member in one more. I’ve never quit an official group, so these are the only ones I’ve ever been in.

The nine official groups I’m currently in are the AJAG (Animal Jam Adventure Guides), LCB (Le Cadeau Boutique), JEC (Jamaa’s Explorer Committee), ACC (Animaljam Charity Committee), OOTW (Outfit of the Week), FUN (Friends, United family, Nice and kind), AJIS (Animal Jam Idea Society), TT (Tip Team), and JW (Jamaa Weekly), and I’m a trial member in the IGEC (In-Game Event Committee).

How do you react to stress, drama, and demotion?

Stress doesn’t bother me much, and under it I can work pretty well. If stressed, I usually just lay low for a few minutes and listen to music, usually an album by The Beatles or the soundtrack from NieR Automata (hey, it has pretty music!). Afterwards I go back to what was causing the stress and just do it.

If drama’s going on, however, I’ll tell the truth: it can distract me and it’s harder for me to work with it going on. However, I still finish my work and try doing it. It just takes longer, as I’m also focused on the drama. I don’t yell at the other side, though, but just try to resolve it, which can be the distracting part.

If I’m demoted I’d first of all ask for a reason for it, if it weren’t provided already. I’d accept the demotion camly and wouldn’t yell at whoever told me I’d been demoted. I would be fine with an acceptable reason (for example, inactivity) and wouldn’t get at all mad, knowing it was my own fault.

Do you have any ideas for Contests?

Currently, no. However, I’ll add them if I think of some!

How active are you and would you be active in the chat? (Screenshots)

I would be able to be active in the chat! I try to spend a lot of time on AJA and would be very active in the chat. I know my minutes are not the best, but I still spend a lot of my time chatting on AJA!

Are you able to get in most things by the deadline?

Yes! In my current groups, 99% of the time I finish assignments on time. If it’s a seeking job and I’m unable to do it, I’m sure to make it up. For other types assignments, I don’t believe I’ve actually ever turned one in late! I dedicated most of my time on AJA to group work and always am sure to do what I need to do.

Are you able to Rewards Team Amino? (Doesn't affect)

Yes! I have the main Amino app installed, allowing me to any Amino.

If you were going on break or would be somewhere and not be able to do your RT Projects, what would you do?

First of all, I’d send a notice in the group chat saying so, so all of the would know. This way most wouldn’t be surprised when I’m not doing my part.

I’d also PM the *leader or a leader of the group saying so, just in case. In addition, I’d ask them when I should make up the work.

Finally, I’d make a post about it and send in in the chat. This way, I could elaborate more, as long chat messages just clutter everything up.

How often do you take breaks?

I don’t usually take breaks. The only time I’ve ever taken breaks is on vacation, when I couldn’t be as active.

I don’t expect to take breaks until my next vacation, the last week of March, which is when I have spring break.

After that I won’t have breaks for a while as my next vacation would be months later.

What are your flaws and how do you think you could improve them?

First of all, I think I could work on focusing more on others and how they feel, and trying to include everyone, even the shy. I’m pretty decent at this but it could use a little work. I think I could try to just pay attention to how everyone around me is acting and put myself in their position.

Another flaw of mine is I can be a bit competitive sometimes. I think I could try to focus less on being the “best,” but on including everyone and making sure everyone’s having a good time. The improving on this part ties in with improving on the previous flaw. Again, I think I’m pretty decent at this but could improve it a little by ing that losing isn’t the end of the world.

How would you judge the entries and what would you look for in one?

I’d judge the entries, and look for in the entries, many things. One thing I’d look for is creativity and originality; is it a new idea, and using different things/aspects? I’d also try to look for detail and effort, and try to see if the entry is more detailed and if more time was put into it. I’d also look for more things, but mostly those four ^^

How much of your time will you contribute to the group?

I’d be extremely dedicated to the group and would do as much work, and spend as much time, for the group as needed! I’d try to contribute as much as I could. If I made it into this group, I’d do my best to complete a lot of assignments and spend a lot of time helping it out. I’d also try my best to help others if they need it.
