The rare new year’s party hat is a mixture of vivid and exciting colors, and honestly I really love this palette

the reason I chose this party hat!

Party Hats usually give you a sense of excitement and of course, partying. But we thought we’d go a bit deeper on the subject.

You probably knew color has symbolism~ in case you didn’t, we will break down the colors of this hat.

— :blossom: yellow

many know about this one but yellow symbolizes freshness, positivity, happiness, energy. Think about sunflowers. Usually when you think of something yellow, you think of the positivity the little object can bring! Bumblebees, flowers, etc.

red symbolizes courage, action, longing~ me as a Harry Potter fan can understand that!

what are some red things that remind you of action? Race cars maybe🏎? There are many things that red associates with.

trust, loyalty, wisdom. Calm. what makes you feel calm? water, the sky? There’s a reason blue has symbolism!!

[ why should we be like the New Years party hat, as a person? ]

considering symbolism, we should be like that little party hat. Yellow. If we decorate ourselves with smiles, positivity, we become more beautiful and lovely. People love being around us. And we view life in a way that’s hard for others to even notice. Red. We should be courageous under that positivity also. Having courage doesn’t necessarily mean fighting off enemies. It could be fighting down self-hate. Pushing away comparison of yourself to others. It’s good to be strong. Blue. Being a good friend, listening, and giving them calm words, will make your character grow. Sharing trust and loyalty definitely makes you a person who will be happy inside and out. Be wary, but also be willing. Do what you think is best.

in the animal world there are some pretty fun-loving animals out there. To celebrate the New Years party hat, we share a few of the best party animals.

dolphin :dolphin:

who doesn’t love these bundles of joy? The dolphin species is so smart, but these little geniuses love to have fun too. “Dolphins live in a pod and have strong, caring social attachments. Early in life, they acquire a signature ‘whistle’ which serves as their name and they will respond to it throughout their life. Some of their happiest moments seem to be rising to the surface, leaping in the air and spinning. The most athletic dolphins have been observed to spin as many as seven times before splashing back down into the ocean.” - google

okay Cauldroncake, everyone knows rats are obnoxious and unsanitary. Let’s move on?

before you judge, look at the picture and tell me you don’t smile. Rats are actually very social and outgoing, but they are hated by most humans for their habits of chewing through things. But these little rats are definitely rocking the party animal status. “ Rats are very social animals, who relish energetic play. Some of their favorite sports include ‘tug of war’ with each other and wrestling. Rats have very strong familial relationships and the mother will spend a great deal of time carefully preparing her nest. Orcas are known to be super playful actually! “ Orca whales also appear to be happy animals, when traveling in the company of other of their pod. Researchers note that when two different pods meet, they have a special ritual of greeting each other with what some researchers have called a ‘caress.’ Even in the wild, orcas have been observed to play and splash for no other reason than, it appears, to have fun. “ - google

” Otter is another animal that, when tame, love to be tickled and laugh. Newborn otters living in a den are cared for not just by their mother, but by their father and other siblings. Not only is their play dynamic, it is almost thrill-seeking. Otters like to build slippery slides out of natural materials so that they can coast quickly into the water. “ - google

monkeys are perhaps the most social of animals, with endless energy and very worthy of being called a party animal :tada:

Monkeys come in many species! These playful guys deserve some recognition, as some monkey species are going or are endangered. Some of which ~ the Mountain gorilla, blue-eyed Black lemur, orangutans, tarsiers, and more. Monkeys deserve more help to keep even more species from going endangered. Help spread the awareness for our monkeys :monkey: !

1 .• it’s okay to have fun

if we cram ourselves in a corner all our lives and forget to smile or have fun, we are definitely missing out. Don’t feel pressured to always do right. Monkeys are always up for fun, and they live a better lifestyle when happy!

2 .• people are gonna judge

monkeys are good at being brave and standing up for themselves. Keep being yourself! If you are happy with who you are, don’t care about what others think! Have fun, enjoy life. Let them judge~ don’t listen to them

3 .• don’t only see everyone’s flaws

we’ve all got flaws. No one is perfect. If we go around judging others, they really get hurt. And they feel pressured to extinguish their own flaws however they can. Look at the good too. Everyone’s got perfect imperfections, and it’s FINE

4 .• keep your face to the sunshine

keep staying positive and looking for the brightness. Positivity is so important.
