Today, we are getting into flagging!
Flagging is a huge responsibility taken by Leaders and Co-Leaders. To examine problematic issues within their community an resolve them immediately by taking action. Either banning, striking, or hiding their profiles. Or simply disabling their posts. It is a huge thing within Amino, and today we will be covering that!

Clarify with Your Peers
Normally. Managing something by yourself doesn't seem right. Elaborate with your Co-Leaders and get reasons on why accepting this getting flagged, striked, banned, or hidden. Their decisions matter too! Make sure to respect everyone's agreement and also their own choices. Than overall count it in and take action! It lowers done tension between wanting to find out why someone was either banned from . Also from your Co-LDRS. Easy!

Post Related? Read The Post!
You have come to a post. Always read it! Never just look at the title or either the images and assume it is irrelevant. Because if the paragraph has something relevant towards your community, than go ahead and leave it alone. But if the text nor images, or even title, aren't relevant. Just disable it, which will than send a message to the on why getting disabled. Than they can understand why they got disabled. Than the other can feel successful on helping out in the community!
Catalog Related? Check the Favorites!
Mainly, Catalog Favorites have been mostly irrelevant because some believe they wont be seen. But they are wrong. Read it and see whether the text and images are relevant. If not. Follow the procedures above!

Read Your Flags at all times!
Make sure to always read them when they arrive to understand them better when it is time to deal with them. Sometimes. Flags are mostly from s who want attention from Leaders because someone was messing with them. Or either blocked them, leading to another thing on why managing is important.
Drama Flagging, absolutely a not!
Most of the time. s in the community get offended when friends block them due to reasons of having arguements. Most of the time that is an issue to have because they will start bugging your team soon enough and spread more drama. Beyond that. Avoid those. Also ignore them. If they message you towards them blocking them, tell them that you can't do much towards that. Because Blocking is something the decides to do. Amino added that for a reason. To avoid drama!
Closing Remarks
Covering through this. I have clarifed something things from my Leadership Experience, and have decided to share it towards you! I hope you enjoyed this guide. I'll see you next time!

We have almost 3000 and have been up and running for 1.5 years. In that time, other than flags about bots, we've had 2 flags and they were abusive flags trying to get someone in trouble. Because our curator team has a chatroom geared towards discussing blogs that are OT or violating other community rules and we discuss how to handle these things as a team, I think we avoid most of the drama mentioned above. We try to gwt those typws of blogs addressed long before of the community need to bring them to our attention. That may change as we grow. With those two flags, we already had screenshots of issues this person was involved in and could easily dismiss the flags as unjustified based on evidence.

What does hiding a profile mean?
Hiding a profile is used to hide someone who has posted porn or inappoprirate gore.

Oh okay!
Also another tip - if someone flags a profile and says that the in question has been innapropriate/bullying them in PMs, or another chat, ask the flagger for screenshots or evidence of the offence. Then you'll know for sure whether or not something is amiss!
