I’m here as your daily reminder

to drink more water! It’s really

important to stay hydrated while

you go through your day to day life!

I myself have gotten distracted and

not drank enough water but it’s

always important to to

stay hydrated throughout the day.

Some signs you could be dehydrated

include nausea, lightheaded feeling,

headache, heart palpitations and

more body pain. If you have been

having issues with any of these matters

I would definitely recommend looking

into drinking more water!

It’s recommended around 4-6 cups of

water a day to stay hydrated. It’s also

recommended to not drink too much

water as well which can also cause similar

issues that dehydration can. Such as

nausea, headaches, and muscle weakness.

There are some extreme cases where

body parts swell up and it can even cause

permanent damage. Over-hydrated can

happen to some people just like dehydration.

A great way to check if you’re

hydrated enough is to check your

urine color! The lighter it is the more

hydrated you are.
