Welcome to another [Short] Weekly Reminders post!

Omg, I've been super busy these days, but I somehow still manage to post these reminders every week :'3 I think it's the thing I'm proud the most.

This is going to be super short tho. School, tests, homework... Last year or highschool, you know.

I've said this plenty of times. We all have flaws and we make mistakes. It's normal to feel like we are doing things wrong, because that may be happening, but guess what? Being ashamed of that won't help.

Yes, you are not perfect. None of us are. Does that mean you're a bad person? Of course not! You're just... human. A beautiful, imperfect human being who has the opportunity to be better every day.

Don't be so hard to yourself. Accept your flaws, learn from your mistakes and move on. Don't waste your time overthinking past situations; it's not worth it. You are doing your best as a person.

And let me tell you, that's enough.

You're not annoying. You're not an inconvenience. You're not a disappointment. Now say it with me:

I'm not a burden.

Because I'm worth it.

I deserve love and respect.

Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Don't let yourself think the contrary; our minds are powerful and our thoughts truly impact in the picture we have of ourselves.

You are amazing for being here. Just for reading this, you're awesome. You've come this far, without giving up, and I'm happy for that. You should be happy for yourself to.

yoυ're valιd

As long as you're not being harmful to anyone, why wouldn't you be? Whatever your sexuality or gender is, you're valid. Don't let anyone else tell you otherwise.

Don't let those doubts and insecurities of yours make you think the opposite. It's okay to be unsure of whatever you're feeling right now.

Someone who always knew their sexuality or gender is as valid as someone who discovered it maybe some months ago. Someone who is coincidentally the stereotype is as valid as someone who is completely the opposite.

It's okay. It's normal. You're still what you're comfortable with. You don't have to dress or act a certain way to be part of this community. It doesn't work like that. If it's not you, if it doesn't show who you truly are, then don't do it.

You're valid just the way you are.

I told you this one on my first post, so he it is again: please, if you require to do so, let yourself rest for a while.

Anything that's bothering you; school, homework, your workplace, your family, your friends... Get it out of your mind for at least five minutes, or ten, of fifteen, or as much as you need.

Take a deep breath and forget about your struggles for a while. Now, go and do something you enjoy. Read a book, write a poem, go to the park, walk around your neighborhood, ride a bicycle, sleep...

Give yourself the opportunity to relax. When we are overwhelmed with many emotions and problems, we usually find ourselves unable to find solutions. "Cleaning" our mind from all these negative thoughts can help us get to the answers quicker.

So please, go and be kind to yourself.

ѕleep well

Yes, I've been struggling with this a lot recently! And I know many people who do to~ So this is for all of those who need it: please. shleep. ma. sweethearts.

Sadly, is something we have to do compulsarily every day, without exceptions. When we are sleeping, our brain finally rests from all the work it had to do throughout the entire day.

This is really important for both our physical and mental health. When we don't sleep... Well, I don't know if it has ever happened to you, but you can sometimes feel kinda dizzy, like zoned out. Your brain "switches off" and it's very hard to do things properly.

There are many tips on the Internet to get a nice night of sleep. There are the usual ones, like drinking a glass of warm milk, but you may also find different, new techniques! Try and choose whichever suits you.
