Link 3 posts you think are feature worthy and explain why you think they are feature worthy.

I adore this poem, I won't go into a full on analysis of it (even though I want to) but it's use of words is simply amazing. It's emotional impact is strong and there to stay for a while in your head.

These photos are incredible in my opinion, the photographer (even though they don't think of themselves as that) really used their camera to the fullest potential here and I think that's feature worthy.

Okay so you may be a little confused but hear me out. This post isn't very creative, it's not a poem or an art piece or anything. But I think featuring shouldn't just be about good art. It should be about raising awareness and connecting people. In this post someone is talking about their struggle with being trans. If this post and others like it were featured, this person would be connected with many people who would understand their struggle, if not that, then they would at least get more likes so they feel they aren't alone. I hope any of that makes sense to whoever's reading this-

What do you think makes a post feature worthy?

It depends on the post. But a common trait that I would be looking for is Creativity. For example if it's a poem, I would look for emotional impact and creative use of words, I would look for a poem that sticks in your head for a while. If it's a drawing, I'm gonna be looking for creative use of colours and line art. If it's simply a review, I would look for creative ideas and opinions that others might agree with and enjoy.

Most importantly, Why do you want to be a part of this team?

This is a bit embarrassing to talk about but I simply want to help this community be... itself in whatever way I can. I love this community so much, the people are simply incredible and so very loving. The events are so fun and the staff are very understanding. I want to be a gear in this machine. Now why the feature cult specifically? It seems like something that I would be good at and I would be able to stay consistent at. I am also thinking of ing another team but not right now.

If you see a post that is feature worthy but not quite there yet, what would you do?

Simple, I would figure out what's wrong with it and the author with suggestions on what to do. I would tell them that while it is feature worthy it does have some issues, then with their permission I would recommend things for them to add or remove based on what the post needs.

What type of blog, in your opinion, do you not feature?

Well, any blog that doesn't really add anything to the community. When I feature a blog I want both ends to benefit, The author and the reader. If the reader doesn't benefit then what's the point?

How do you handle a post that might be triggering?

From what I understood reading the guidelines, any post that is triggering should be reported to a staff member who can deal with it if it is triggering. Personally, if I suspect a post might be triggering I will talk to a curator or leader just in case, even if I am only 5% sure it's triggering.

What do you do if a member doesn't respond to your offer for featuring their post?

Idk if this is the right answer but simply nothing, If the post isn't breaking the guidelines but it isn't following the feature rules then there's no need to do anything. I did my part by messaging them and they didn't respond.

And that's that! Please understand that if there are any flaws in my answers that I can still learn and adapt.
