most of the drama started out with James deciding to have a Sisters Tour and make the tickets for this event outrageously expensive.

a total of $500 was for the top VIP ticket. after he got a lot of backlash for it he decided to lower the prices of the lower ticket prices, but not the $500 top VIP one.

people were already angry about how he was trying to get big bucks out of his teenage audience, but it only got worse when videos were leaked about what exactly happened at the Sisters Tour.

and seeing James Charles awfully singing put people off even more to him and his channel.

this all seemed to start out as an argument over vitamins. Tati Westbrook who’s company is Halo Beauty, are rivals with Sugar Bear Hair, the brand James sponsored because they helped him with security at Coachella.

she was hurt by him doing this to her, they were close friends, and by having him do something like this upset her greatly and she went on social media and vented to Instagram about how she felt.

considering all the other drama James was in everyone was on Tati’s side. considering she had promoted him for years, helped him get started with his career and was his friend. seeing her distressed over James actions angered many people, causing another massive wave of hate sent to James.

another recent event that happened was Coachella, and at Coachella James was seen with a boy. And low and behold that turned out to be Gage.

this whole drama was fueled by James tweets about a Gage being a “con artist” and other similar tweets about him being an awful person.

screenshots started surfacing around, ones James let get out, about the conversation he and Gage were having.

some had tried to back up James bad reactions to him being hurt by yet another boy turning out to not be into him. that people understood where he had come from when thinking he was being used for Coachella tickets.

but most thought of him as a trickster who’s mission was to turn all straight men gay, and he manipulated Gage into going out with him.

we don’t know who for sure is telling the truth considering James said Gage told him he was bi and trying to experience being with a boy. and Gage says he always told James he was straight.

but even if James is telling the truth, people knowing he goes after straight guys is not helping his case.

along with the fact that Tati had come out saying in a new video that he would talk about straight guys as if they’d be swayed because he was famous.

you can believe it or not, but hearing something like that is definitely not in his favor.

youtube was at the Met Galla, is that a good thing? Up to you. But to most, no it was not.

especially because they chose James to bring along. by doing this people instantly took to Twitter and made fun of his outfit and the fact that he really didn’t fit in.

he was around tons of famous singers and actors, and they didn’t know him.

the whole idea of bringing YouTubers to the Met was turned down by basically everyone on Twitter.

and by everyone I mean everyone that ever called him their friend. all of this drama revolving around him has caused a lot of drifts in friendships and we’re all still waiting to see what will happen. but it’s safe to say, it won’t be the same.

who knows, he could be canceled as everyone says, or he could bounce back. he has 16 million subscribers and even if he’s struggling now he could come back from it if he makes some serious changes.
