Charli XCX - BRAT [REVIEW]

Charli XCX is one of many artists that were highly anticipated to drop an album, yet I wasn’t one to expect its release so soon as it got piled by so many other releases and musical situations. However, this album reached to me with its mass in listens, reviews, even getting the very rare 10/10 from Anthony Fantano, so I know I had to get into this album.

While I don’t think it’s a perfect 10/10, it is definitely top 3 album of the year so far for me. Charli seems to combine many forms of emotion into such a rhythmic head-banger of a listening experience. I thoroughly enjoy how creative the album felt and how consistent it felt as well, bringing many different electronic tones while the hooks and such were very catchy. Expect this to be high on my albums of the year list, but who knows where it may end up in the end with how many amazing albums that have came out this year!
