I kept seeing posts and videos about people having the same six Pokémon everybody uses and making a full team for the anime character, Ash Ketchum/Satoshi, they think that “fits him more!” Thanks to the anime, everyone what’s to be like Satoshi! Only using and bonding the same Pokémon team over and over without even bothering to catch more Pokémon for variety and versatility! Who’s says you can’t bond with a lot of Pokémon!? I did it! Cause I ain’t trying to be no damn Ash Ketchum!
Why Don’t Anybody Rotate Their Team?

I always rotate my team the further into the game I get only keeping my starter through out the whole game. I only keep the same whole team once I know there's no others I want to rotate out for final elite four teams.

It depends on how many mons I like in the game. I catch all the new Mons per game I like which tends to be at least 20. I use them depending what I need on my team. I also try to not have any double types as in I don't have Mons with the same types as another Mon.

At least you have more Pokémon, but I bet most of them aren’t trained.

It depends on if I need to use them or not. But most of the time half or so ARE in fact trained to at least a little weaker than my current team when I need to swap something.
I mean that's exactly what Ash did. He opted to start fresh after Johto and made entirely new teams every region he traveled to. During the Battle Frontier season he even swapped out Pokemon during his Frontier matches.

They’re stored in a box with other Pokémon. They’re not technically alone. You just saying stuff like that just because you think it’s unethical. Unless we get some conflict on the ethics of storing Pokémon in the PSS/pastures, I don’t care what you or anyone else say.

They're still stored as data. You can have multiple files on a computer, but the files can't interact with eachother.
The closest things that existed to Pokemon interacting with eachother are when they are the outside world when in storage are:
The Poke Pelago, which are an archipelago that physically exists where Pokemon in storage can visit occasionally and carry out tasks.
And Poke Jobs, where Pokemon from storage are sent out to do physical labor for a set amount of time.
So its either work while your Trainer is having fun, or digital limbo.

They’re not stored in one single computer. They’re stored in a server that every and any Trainer can use unless they have a Trainer ID number. We even don’t know if they actually float in digital limbo. For all we know, the boxes could contain an ecosystem for any Pokémon in enjoy and feel comfortable.
