PSA: Disappearing Images & Glitches

Hey everyone, just a quick update regarding an ongoing issue many of us have noticed. Over the past two weeks, almost all chat room banners and backgrounds, as well as certain profile pictures and background images, have mysteriously disappeared across Amino.

Some older post images have disappeared as well.

Some s are still able to see them partially or intermittently but overall the experience has been inconsistent and frustrating. Unfortunately, even with the most recent app update, the issue remains unresolved.

At this time, we don’t have any official answers. It’s unclear whether the images are lost permanently, if there’s been server damage, or if we’re dealing with a new glitch or bug. Animated GIFs seem to be affected the most.

Please know that we are fully aware of the situation and are monitoring it closely. We’ll keep the community informed if we learn anything more or if the issue resolves.
