So I’ve recently been considering adding a third fluff to my group. I really love getting new rabbits, it’s always an exciting and memorable experience and I’ll love them forever.
Obviously I can’t get a new rabbit every time I feel like it, but my family might build a more permanent hutch for them, or keep them in their C&C cage in the shop(they live in it during winter) Either way, the rabbits have a good place to stay and although Chloe and Serenity get along well, they aren’t the best bonded pair in existence. They don’t fight, but they aren’t exactly cuddly if they have a choice. I was thinking adding a third rabbit would give them both a better chance to have someone a bit more their type, and might help them become a better friend group.
Any thoughts?

I tried to add a third rabbit once. My two rabbits got along really well. But when the new rabbit came was it chaos. The first two hated each other.
I don't know if it has something to do with that the new rabbit was double so big. (I had to adopt her. Otherwise sha would be put down. And I just couldn't let that happened when she is such a nice
rabbit).
Just be carefull. I think it would go fine. I just want to say that it can be worse. It won't hurt by having a plan B. In case it won't work. 🙂
I’d say go for it, but only if you have enough space for all of them (both for shared space and personal space) and you’re financially stable. I may be wrong but I’m pretty sure awhile ago you mentioned that one was male and one was female? I don’t know if they’re fixed or not but that’s also something to keep in mind ^^
Ok! They’re both fixed, and we’ve got the space and money, one of my parents has a stable well paying job and I’ll start working in summer
