It's crazy.. how many deaths seem preventable..
If you weren't on the tracks
If you never relapsed
If you went to the doctors sooner
If you left that person sooner
If you got help
If someone made it known to you that they were there for you whenever you needed
If you just made a phone call and reached out
If you weren't driving
If you weren't in the wrong place at the wrong time. Maybe it just needed a little detour. Maybe you just needed to stop for 2 minutes to ire something.
Whatever the possibility, open your eyes If you're reading this. You're alive. You have people In your life. Family.. friends..
Spend time with them. Tell them you love them. Even if they annoy you. You never know.
All it takes is seconds. Minutes. An hour.
They could be here and then one moment they're not. You could be they're last conversation. Make it a good one. Make it your new goal to never leave fighting. Even if you're fighting and you go to leave, make the last thing either of you hear something nice. A compliment. I love you. Even strangers.
You never know when you're someone's last conversation. You never know if you're the last person they might see.
Be kinder. Spread the kindness. Make someone's day. Because you just never know what they're going through or if it's their last. They could be having a tough time. They could be sick. They could be going through the loss of a loved one. They could be stressed and overwhelmed. You never know.
Make it your goal to be the light in someone's dark. :sparkles: :two_hearts:
