self care day ideas!

hey, guys! i was looking at the instagram explore feed and i saw a post titled ”one day glow up .”

i haven’t tried it so i’m not sure if you actually “glow up”, but it seemed to me like an ideal self care day for myself. i took some screenshots so i’ll share them below.

also, you don’t have to follow the entire schedule! you can tailor it to your needs or only use some of the ideas to fit in to your normal routine or schedule.

i would suggest doing the entire schedule on a free so nothing else gets in the way. and you have an entire day dedicated yourself!
