Hey guys, we are back again with a few more changes to the apps aesthetic

Last week you guys decided you wanted the app's primary color to blue as indicated by our color poll dedicated here. Moving forward we have now made it to our standard format. This is the traditional format we are used to that provides both optimization and balance. For all of you Amino veterans you guys are the most familiar with this. (and yes i'm aware you hate change // for some reason) So we are now moving back towards the standard format. However don't get too comfortable we still at 2 more formats to go. After we have gone through all of them it will be your turn to decided the permanent resolution for SBA. We will be select the top 3 formats to use interchangeably so bear with us.

Featured Feed layout review.

Color: Blue You guys have spoken and we have listened Hopefully you like what we have done to the place. In addition we have added the following gif to the top bar of the app. It fits quite nicely and sets the tone of the app.

Layout: Format 3

This will be changed and is being used for testing purposes.

Launch image:

The launch image will be returned to its default picture once we have fitted it with the correct dimensions. In the event that is not possible we will let you know.

Side :

This will be the default image for the side until we have set up a contest to determine our [C]side as a community.

The following changes have been made for the following reasons.

This layout is format 3, this is the traditional standardized format for all amino’s universally. This layout provides a balanced feel and provides an emphasis on exploration and enjoyment. It hosts a top featured post followed by white spaced below that gives a basic overview of the blog you are about to read.With this in mind the featured feed keeps an overall basic feel that caters to a slower moving pace. The top featured blog is slightly bigger than the rest giving it empahsis on the blog itself. For those that do not like scrolling down, this give you a better idea of what to click on when entering the app.

-Gives 1 post the limelight instead of 3

-Adds value to top feature

- Basic overview

-Easy to navigate

-Promotes exploration

Cons:

-Very basic

-Very boring to look at

-To much empty space

-Adjusted for a slower pace
